This has got to be the worst Starbucks, before and after the renovation. They are ALWAYS are of something to make blended... drinks, or the machine is out of service or they are out of ice. I must say that when the mature crew was running it the drinksand the service were very good. Just ordered a strawberry frap and was told they didn?t have the ingredients to make it, thenchanged to a caramel frap and the consistency was 99%liquid and of course out of whip cream. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS PLACEAVER! They are too busy talking about non sense than actually doing their job. Read more

Everything else are nice, but it's very slow service during the weekend. There 10 customers in the line but there is only... employee who serve the drinks. And working super slow. Seems like he doesn't care who is waiting. Overall, it shouldn't be anyproblem but it just cannot be compared to another Starbuck locations. Read more
