Here we go again with ordering online, my husband and I ordered online chicken sandwich meals. But when we arrived to pick up... our orders they never received them and they were not made so we had to reorder and they were mediocre at best when there wasmaybe two people in the lobby dining area and like maybe one car in the Drive-Thru so our chicken sandwiches were cold ourfrench fries were mediocre at best you could tell they were not cooked all the way it's like they just threw it on a plate anddidn't care and my husband had ordered lettuce and tomato on our sandwiches and when we received them they had no vegetables ofany sort on it not even pickles. When I went to the counter and waited and waited employees walked by me and walked by me didnot acknowledge my existence until I had to say excuse me excuse me and then one African-American lady basically pointed toanother African American teenage girl to come help me in the older white lady had to help me who had nothing to do with theorder to begin with and she was apologizing profusely for their non-customer service which that right there just tells methere's no skills or training there like I was bothering the two African-American females for my lettuce and tomato that I hadordered when I ordered my meals for the second time like I said for the price you pay you should get hot fresh food maybe that'stheir code of freshness is giving customers old cold mediocre food again with an establishment that does not care about theircustomers and their management doesn't care how the restaurant is ran and when they close at 10:00 they shouldn't be locking thedining room doors at 9:00 when there's nobody there and is everybody there that could be cleaning and they're not they'refooling around in the back with loud music blaring joking around playing around but not taking care of customers and like I saidwhen you ask for help or you asked them for something it's like we're taking time out of their day to do their j Read more

Great food!! I ordered salad which they only have two to choose from nowadays. They gave me and my wife plenty. Only one small... problem that will not effect us returning for another is the young lady that served us at the window didn't understand our orderand shorted us a salad. We wanted three, two of the same (wife), and I ordered one, total of three. Well she only heard us ordertwo. No problem, great salads coming out of this place, we both enjoyed them (two visits). This trip was highly disappointing! First of all there was not a soul there besides us. We order two straight forward simple... meals. I ordered wings and things which is three strips, five wings, fries, toast and a drink. Why did I have to wait 20 minutesfor the food and then get home to learn that I was given enough fries for a kids meal if that! The wings are not coated in thesauce. Looks like they squirted some sauce in the compartment tray and tossed the wings on top. So after waiting for what seamedlike an eternity for this pitiful excuse for a meal they didn?t even have the decency to give an adult portion. Next time I?lljust go strait to slim chicken. I understand places are running short handed..so I do take that into consideration. I was a training manager for restaurants for... 20 yrs so I do know the business. The last 3 times I have come to this Zaxby's my order has been incorrect or things leftout. Last night was another one. I ordered salad..was asked my dressing and once again none to be found. But..they DID charge meextra for blue cheese for my wings. I was the only person in the drive thru and one car in the parking lot..so they were notbusy or being slammed. I appreciate them being friendly and nice at the window..but when spending over 40 bucks I do expect myorder to be correct. Please have your window employee check the INSIDE of the bags for correctness..that is the responsibilityof the window person passing the orders out the window . Once again ..I would like to say..the window girl was veryfriendly..but my salad would have tasted better with dressing. Read more
