Good burger,when u order get the double,one pattie isn't enough for the size of the bun????????
Extremely slow service and there was hardly anybody there, there was two tables taken up and yet four people standing at the... counter, about 3 or 4 minutes apart from each other and we wound up all standing together waiting for food, and it's in thefirst time it's every time I go so it's a consistent thing and not just an accidental we got busy type thing... I understandnever the everyday excuse, we need more workers we blah blah blah, but, you still got to be able to dish out the food no matterwhat otherwise you need to close the doors so at the end of the day it doesn't matter what you need or what you ain't got, ifyou don't have the capacity to knock out the orders in a timely manner, and it's best to shut your doors because otherwise bigbad reviews are going to kill the station so Read more
I ordered food online and they made me wait in line for an hour in the drive through to get it. They ended up having to cook an... entirely separate order because my food was cold by the time I got to the window. There was no way for me to cancel my order andthey would not bring out the food to me even though I saw them bringing food out to drivers next to the drive-through window.What a joke never using the Whataburger app or ever coming to Whataburger at night time ever again. Food was five stars. Burgers were great and the fries were hot and crispy. Wife loved her salad. Took away a star for how long... it took to get our food and the salads were about 5 min behind the burgers. The younger girl at the register was great, veryfriendly. Read more
Very friendly, food was prepped fast, brought outside to us, asked if we needed any condiments,brought back what we needed.the... ketchup want in lil packets, was in larger than normal tubs , sealed , n brand . The food was fresh, hot , very impressed withflavor of the spicy chicken sandwich. The Onion rings were perfectly cooked. Crispy yet not hard, the Milkshake was good, thick,can eat with a spoon. The Burgers my son in law got had bacon, cheese, other condiments and lettuce, tomatoes too, he said wasbest thing we had to eat there on the island , we ate at several places b4 then, even higher priced establishments that wasntimpressive. Its a great place to eat and average priced, not as expensive as other places on the tourist island, im assumingthats why other places gouge you on vacations there. I would recommend this place to everyone for a burger or chicken sandwich,especially the onion rings n shakes, you can choose to eat outside,will bring your order out there also, n yes, enjoy theweather, scenes, n even hear some music from other places. I am a huge fan of Whataburger so it pains me to give THIS location a really loud "Boo!" I used the app to order our burgers,... Fries, and shakes. I ordered a "limited time" burger and when I made it to the "checkout," the app let me know my burger ofchoice was no longer available. Sadly, the app didn't tell me their shake machine wasn't working. This is the SECOND TIME I'veordered and paid for shakes and left the establishments without shakes! So very frustrating! My husband and I ordered 60 honey butter chicken biscuits for our wedding in November. This Whataburger went above and beyond.... They delivered them on time and threw in an extra 20 and a gift card. We were amazed by the customer service for a fast foodrestaurant! Read more
