This Wendy?s was terrible we never got to even order. They stared at us thru the window only to come over to the drive thru... window after 10 min of waiting 30+ min before they close. I ordered 2 Dave singles and a drink last week and got EColi. Was sick 3 days diarrhea and vomiting. I reported it to Health... Department. The burgers were cold and meat was dry like it sat out for a long time. The service was pathetic. I will not go toWendy's again. Read more
Normally I like to walk to places to get my food, especially fast food. Sometimes the dining room is closed. I get that. When... this happens, I usually get my food walked out to me. Instead, a gentleman came and told me to go through the drive-thru. Onfoot. With cars in front of and behind me. Embarrassing service. Usually pretty good, but I'm not coming back until things havechanged. Update: a woman came out of the store after I waited 15 minutes outside. She was wearing a dress instead of a uniform,so I don't even know if she works there or not. I thanked her for my food, but complained to her about wanting me to stand inthe drive-thru. She told me that was the rule. What rule? The one that makes you legally culpable if I get hit by a car becauseyou told me to stand in your drive-thru? She simply said that's fine when I said I won't be coming back. When I said it wasn'tfine, she said no problem. There'll be a problem when you shut down due to your horrible service. Read more
I just left there and I can't believe the service I got.... IT WAS AMAZING AND HAVEN'T HAD THAT IN A WHILE... her name is Ms.... JESS and what a wonderful personality she has... plus I had to wait due to not enough employees but she made it worth thewait... we need more people like that!???? Read more

I used to work here and it seems like you got new, worse management; the individual who seemed to be the manager was continually... screaming at and rushing the employees and just treating them horribly. I need you to understand that your employees are humanwith human reaction times and that rushing them will actively slow things down. My order was messed up, but I don't blame mycashier or anyone AT ALL except the person screaming at him to make us pull forward and get the next car through in the mostfrenzied & overwhelming tone possible. this wendy?s location used to be one of my top favorites until tonight, we ordered. spicy chicken sandwich which cost around... $6.. we were told to park which is fine. by the time i got home and start eating my sandwich, there?s no LETTUCE! i called thestore and i was rudely answered, we have No Lettuce!.. it was on the drive thru sign)really!?? i don?t have time to look aroundthe made up sign on what the store had or had not!!!ifyi the menu board wasn?t well lit!why didn?t the order taker mentionedduring the order being placed!
