I went through the drive thru. Sat at the speaker for almost 5 minutes, but no one took my order. I pulled around and there... was one car ahead of me. I waited behind that car for 15 minutes. The entire time, the lady running the window was juststanding there. When the car ahead finally left, I told them no-one took my order, so I needed to place an order. Window lady,with flaming red hair, said ?the car in front of you had a $70 order, so that?s why I couldn?t take your order.? What??!! Youstood there waiting for everyone else to get that large order ready but you couldn?t take the next persons order. TERRIBLEcustomer service. I went through the drive through. Service was slow. It literally stopped at the window. The drive through window was left... open entire time. As I sat there at the open window I watched fly after fly buzz into restaurant. I watched cooks coming andgoing with a used cup to refill their drinks. **Updated review - 2022** Two years since my original review (see below), and I am sad to report that recent orders at this... location have been unsatisfactory. While the staff have never been rude or unpleasant, the quality of the food has declinedsignificantly, and has become very hit or miss overall. A prime example is the attached photo of my girl's burger and they gaveher frying pan scraps instead of full bacon slices. Not cool Wendy's. This is fourth or fifth funky order in the last ten meals.:( **Original review - 2020** The food is fantastic. Best Wendy's in town in my opinion. I've never gotten a distasteful mealat this location. I did experience an inexplicable wait time today, but due to COVID-19, there is a notice posted about waittimes and limited menu options. The employees were professional, however, and apologized for the long wait. They were allwearing masks... Properly wearing them I might add. Overall good experience here both previously and today. Imagine, ordering a chicken pub sandwich and bacon pub fries?but instead, you get a hamburger pub sandwich and a baked potato. I... waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes, while watching 3 vehicles leave the drive thru, for the wrong food. Not the first timethis has happened. 2 stars! They didn?t mess up the food?somehow. This Wendy's used to be good like two years ago. I'm not sure what happened but the service has plummeted and it might be the... worst fast food in town currently. If there's anyone in front of you in the drive thru be ready for a minimum 15 minute wait.Today, I was the first person there for lunch and waited 30 minutes. Read more
I pulled up at the drive through and when the girl asked what I'd like I told her the number 5 and wanted a strawberry lemonade... they said they only had reg so no big deal. I also ordered a honey hot sandwich. When I got to the window they handed me onesandwich and a lemonade. It told them. I had ordered the num 5 with a lemonade. The girl started going off on me saying Inever ordered that and kept saying then started mumbling rude words under her breath in front of my 8 year old daughter . Shewasn't even going to get me the other sandwich which was for my daughter! So then she charged me again which is fine whateverand pulled me up ... when they brought out the sandwich it still had no fries and was not the sandwich I ordered. Awesome food and service! Our order was all correct and got it fast. Got the bourbon bacon burger and it was LOADED with bacon... and fried onions. Food was hot and cooked perfectly. The flavored lemonades are very refreshing and full of flavor. We willcome back! Read more
I have a 1 star only because my fries were the only thing correct. My husband ordered me a Wendy?s cheeseburger with lettuce... cheese and onions ONLY. I got no cheese a few pieces of rotted lettuce and a few pieces of onions on the bottom. Being that I?mpregnant and really craved for this and this is what was served to me is awful. Read more
