Worst service ever received at this location. I?ve been here multiple times and it seems like they have a whole new crew working... which is fine, especially now days. However, we walked in and about 8 workers just stood there and stared at us, no one asked ifthey could help us, or how many people we had (only 3). I asked for a table for 3, and a lady grabbed menus and stomped offwithout a word to us. The waitress we had was not friendly, she just walked up asked for our order and only returned with ourdrinks, someone else brought our food out and we never got drink refills and we were never asked how our food was etc. When wefinally flagged someone down to ask for our bill we got a blatant eye roll from the waitress. Food was great. Waitress not so much. She hardly ever checked on us and when she finally did she forgot to bring almost... everything we needed. Then when she finally came back she still forgot some of the items. We finally just gave up and got therest of the meal to go. But the food is always good here so if you don't mind waiting and not getting extra napkins or a refillof water or tea after waiting for the initial drink to help wash down your dinner or waiting and not getting all the to gocontainers needed, then waiting to pay then waiting to get your credit card returned, you'll enjoy the food. I'll probably try anew Mexican Reataurant next time to find one that provides better service for a dine in meal or just get the food to go. Read more

Chips were terrible. Too thick, cold, greasy and tasted stale. Tried to get fresher chips but the server didn?t understand... English well enough. At least the rest of the food was good and 241 drinks are always a life saver. Prices still somewhatreasonable. Been coming to various Peppers restaurants regularly since early 2000s. First time visiting after their opening. Ordered shrimp ceviche tostada, tacos birria, carne asada fries, and pollo loco. Chips... and salsa were brought to use as we ordered beverages. Pleasantly surprised with the fast service. The outdoor patio was a greatplace to sit and enjoy food. The food was fresh and the flavors were on point. As a local, I will be back frequently. Read more
