So I stop there otw home. The person who took my order was nice, I had kids meal and 8pc bucket. They had me pull, because I was... waiting on biscuits. However when I got my food I didn't check the back, I drove back home and my daughter end up eating myfood, because her meal was very cold. They put the juice and her apple sauce next to her sandwich and fry ??????? , so I had tothrow away her food. I am suggesting to check how your food is being bagged before to leave because obviously they don't care. Read more
I don't think there is any chicken in the popcorn chicken used on the famous Bowls anymore. All I got today was mashed potatoes... corn gravy and tiny breaded crumbs that should have chicken inside. Read more
Husband went in the night before got 2-2 peice meals they was supposed to have mashed potatoes but we got macaroni and cheese... and one box was missing a piece of chicken. Needless to say very unsatisfied. The only the good about it was the chicken wasAmazing! Just wish the overall visit was the same. Probably not going back for awhile. Read more
I get home with my food from KFC in fort walton beach on Mary Esther cut off go to eat my Cole slaw and had already taken a bite... when I seen this (please see picture below) not real happy and it just ruined my expirence of KFC will never go back and letjust say the biscuit looks like someone was mad because they had to work. These people need to tell their vendor(s) NOT to deliver during certain peak hours! Already incredibly cramped, this place has... NO extra room for a semi w/a ramp coming out of it -- but there it was, at 11:45 today! To add insult to injury, one of thedelivery goons yelled at me to MOVE MY CAR out of his way. I have been here 10 times in 3 months with my son, mostly dine in approximately at 3-5pm. All of my experiences have been spot... on. From hygiene, great service, hot tasty chicken. So far my dine in experiences have been great. Read more
The service was great. But not the new beyond chicken. If you like tofu this is kinda what it's like. Didn't like at all. Was... like eating a big piece of tofu or whatever it was. Strong beans were good. Read more
I called ahead for potpies. We arrived and drive-thru was out to Mary Esther, so we went inside. HUGE MISTAKE! They cater to the... drive-thru, NOT the orders. We sat for 45 minutes waiting for our food. The drive-thru cleared 3 times over everyone inside.Other customers dumped full drinks and left without food or refund. MADDENING! Never again.
