The food is good for the price and they give large portions of rice with their meals. Their delivery range is pretty large which... is nice for those who don’t live next door to Jin Jin. When ordering on the phone they are to the point and get your order inas quickly as possible. I can see how some people may see this as being rude but I understand that they are typically very busyinside and have customers waiting at the register while they are taking your order over the phone. Ordered via Grubhub the other night. Food arrived missing my entree, Apparently it showed up as “cancelled” on Jin Jin”s... side so they didn’t include it in the order. Horrible!! This is the worst place I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Everything was soaked in grease and... overcooked. Then we called the restaurant to get our money back and they refused to refund me. They said they would not take thefood back or refund me unless I came to them. There was a reason I ordered delivery- my car was in the repair shop. I have noway to return it and asked them to come get it and I would cover the delivery cost. They then hung up on me! I called again andcalmly requested again to have my money refunded. They then hung up on me again! I find it hard to believe this place is stillin business.
