One of the best meals our whole trip. The entire staff was so so friendly! I appreciated that so much. Our waitress was awesome... and so quick. I had steak and my husband has stuffed trigger fish. Fantastic food, great service. No wait. Definitely a little tricky to navigate to- easier to turn through the gas station. Can... tell it's been around for ages, but it was reasonably priced and the best food we had all week. First time. The staff was excellent and attentive. We had drinks, grilled grouper sandwich, grilled bacon wrapped shrimp, cup... of gumbo, and salads. The grouper was excellent although not sure why a giant piece of lettuce was included. Gumbo was alsoexcellent. Salads were mainly lettuce, not impressed. The real dissappointment was the grilled bacon wrapped shrimp -overpowering salty bacon flavor - not recommended. The rice side was also good. We also shared 3 of the $15 drinks. They wereexcellent. Maybe we should have tried some of the fried foods. Not sure I would go again. The food we had just wasn't allthat impressive. Read more

FANTASTIC!!! I was in the mood for fried seafood and Holy Wow they delivered. Possibly the best I've ever had. Definitely the... best in a long time. First time eating softshell crab. It was Delicious. I got Fried seafood platter #2. All Great. Wife gotgrilled triggerfish. Also Delicious. Even kiddos chicken fingers were great. Service was spectacular. Walked right in.Waitress was great. Food came out extremely fast. One of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time.
