Awful Dunkin experience. I had a deal activated on the app for a $3 holiday latte and when she scanned it said that it just took... the regular amount off, so I paid double the price I should have. I was there today and ordered a large sweet tea, 2 vanilla filled donuts, and a turkey sausage English muffin. I asked for extra... sugar in the tea and unfortunately, it was not sweet at all. The donuts were not fresh at all, hard in some places, and had verylittle crème filling. It was my first time visiting this location and I was very disappointed in the food. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant. Frozen. Got it replaced. Cold again. Got it replaced again. Gave me a bagel... instead. Cooked the hell out of it. The sweet girl was so apologetic. Gave no excuses. The coffee? Doughnuts? Tomato pestogrilled cheese? Bagel minis? Those were all perfect. I love Dunkin, and I think the product is amazing but this location, has no proper management. It takes up to 10 minutes for... them to take a order from one car. Then you have to wait another 10 minutes before they are ready to hand out the single drink.That is when they will take the next order. So in a line of 4 cars it could take up to half an hour before you are up to theordering machine. Which is in serious need if a over haul. The ordering board is old and dated the machine is leaning to theside. It is a hot mess I can only imagine what it is like inside. Because they still won't let people walk in. It has been 3years! Lazy crew that does not want to work there, lazy product that is prepared not correct. Taste is terrible and welcomefeeling forget it! I use to go every time..now I get my drinks else where. This location is managed in an extremely ineffective manner. Anything past 10AM and they hardly have any donuts available. They... either don't prepare enough early on or keep a steady flow going. Likely an issue with the amount of employees they have on. Ionly saw 2 members present. So most likely a managerial issue rather than inadequate work effectiveness on the employees there. Read more

Customer service was okay, however the coffee was was so horrendous that the best I could do was render them a one star. I... ordered an iced signature. The coffee taste like it had been made a year ago and was left on the shelf to ferment and then topass out to customers today. I attempted to drink it anyway because I paid my money for it, however I just threw it in thetrash. This has occurred more than once at this Dunkin' Donuts so I do not see myself returning to patronize theirestablishment. Read more
