We spent the morning off shore fishing with Nick of Scallywag Charters. Afterward, we took the fish we caught and had Chef... Tommy cook it. He used his discretion and made the best fish tacos we have ever had! We also had a little blackened, grilledand fried. I can not say enough how delicious it all was. 1st it took forever to get a seat because the hostess is on the other side of the bar so it takes awhile to find her so you can... be seated 2nd the gumbo tasted burnt and like it had entirely too much lemon 3rd so hard to get a refill the sweet tea tasted unsweet twice 4th sent back gumbo had to walk it to my waitress 5th the fish tacos i ordered took forever to get however they weredelicious although a little spicy. The service was very friendly and the atmosphere was clean and beachy with good music. I gaveit 3 stars because of friendly service atmosphere and my husband and son's food was delicious. Gumbo is always hit or miss andin this case they missed but they comped the meal so i am more than happy to come back. Read more

I'm hoping I went on a day that someone called in sick, great atmosphere, our waitress was friendly and extremely busy.. yes my... order was messed up and my bill was messed up. I'm going to give it another try before I give my final thoughts as far as thefood and service are concerned. The play area is great for young and old alike. I do think there should be a barrier on theopen side because there is a basketball throw right there and the balls do happen to bounce off into the parking lot, and I'mthinking the old advise from driving school has been forgotten, "where there's a ball there's a boy". We ate at The Dock on the Island ????for lunch. Even though it was packed they had a great atmosphere and we were seated right... away. They had someone singing, great views, and amazing food. It was all connected to an arcade, lots of games, boat, jet skirentals and more. Definitely a great place to grab a bite and chill. I held my birthday brunch here today and let me just go ahead and brag on how they truly went above and beyond. They made... special menus just for the event with my name on it. The service was incredible. Our server was awesome. Tommy, the incrediblechef, even got to come out a few times and say hi and hang out a tiny TINY bit which we all loved. And the food, I didn?t wantto stop eating. I had to because I was stuffed but the food just melted in my mouth and had serious bursts of flavor! Also thecinnamon roll cake he made melted in our mouths and I couldn?t get enough!!! Everything was just amazing. I truly don?t evenknow where to begin to show my gratitude and appreciation.
