Fort Walton Beach on a Saturday after the lunch rush 1:15 pm. Only a couple of others seated. The staff was courteous and our... order came quick, but we had to clean our own table. Not one had been cleaned from the previous customers. The floors needed asweeping etc. This is a new location and everything looked new, but uncleaned. Maybe we came during shift change or shortstaffed or they didn't care. The burgers were very good as were the fries. Will try again but not for a while. Read more
I paid $12.39 for a cheeseburger combo. I was not greeted for several minutes, I paid extra for a side of cheese that was... freezing cold. I sat in the lobby which was not cleaned and obviously hadn't been in awhile, nor did someone attempt to in thetime I was here. They were dead, yet online it says they're over busy. (Drive thru maybe but not inside), however, I wassurrounded by food and litter all on the floor and tables. The napkin dispenser was completely empty in the lobby, the countersneeded wiped down and the garbage on both sides were overflowing. I think they're possibly understaffed, but I think cleanlinessshould be at the top of the list at least. Aside from that my food was good. I hope the next time I choose to eat here that theinside will be up to par. Read more
Good place for frozen custard. I love the concretes here they are so good, especially to dip fries in. The burgers here always... have a fresh taste and the customer service is good. The main issue is that they are a bit slow. Read more
Had an early dinner at this location. Fish was undercooked, batter was still gooey inside. They never put coleslaw on our... plates. They didn't give us utensils to eat with. They didn't give us tartar sauce. Couldn't find a clean table & there wasfood on the floor. They served our food on these plates, which were half melted. Really!? This location needs to bereported... Fish, had breading that was not cooked inside. Puffy coating was guey inside. Place was dirty, we were there at 11:00am, the... place had 90 percent of the tables dirty. Asked for a rag to wipe my table as I choose one of the cleanest. Corporate needs toknow this place is not being taken care of properly. Read more
These burgers are amazing! Feels like a mix between a smash burger and a regular pattie. Fast and friendly service.
