every time I've eaten at this store it seems to get worse. the last time I brought my family the food was bland undercooked.... they didn't bring the appetizers until they brought the whole meal. the kitchen manager came out to tell me that they had nothad our appetizers prepared yet. but I know they already have a large bowl of already cooked soup and the salads are preppedprevious and kept in the refrigerator. the time before my steak was served nearly raw when I sent it back to the kitchen Ididn't get it till after we were done eating and I went home with it. The guacamole was not fresh. The poor waitress was having a very difficult night. The bar was closed. The waitress brought the... chips and dip appetizer but did not bring the drinks. Again she was having a very stressful night. Other customers walked out ofthe restaurant due to the wait time and no drinks such as water and soda being brought to the table. This restaurant has delicious food. CHILI'S had the same amount of service as another restaurant we ate at, and this place... could not hold a light. Waited longer than 35 mins for our and half of our food sides never came to our table even after beingtold they were coming. Lack of service and they can't add or subtract. I never give bad reviews much but the service wasterrible!! Won't be back to this particular location because of bad service. 3 stars are for the food and nothing else. Read more

Food was amazing, the cherry margarita was the best I've had in a long time, and our service was top notch. Nathan was in... training, but we couldn't tell because he was gliding through everything effortlessly and making sure to keep all of our drinksfull, including 4 kids. Read more

We were celebrating my daughter's birthday. There were 15 in our group. I went in and asked if they could seat us? The hostess... checked the area & checked with the cook first. We were seated within 5 mins & had ONE server (sorry I forgot her name). Shewas outstanding!! She took everyone's order, filled drinks, and got our food out in a reasonable amount of time. Upon leaving,she provided us with our tickets, boxes, and to-go drinks. I couldn't thank her enough for her exceptional service. Thank you,Chili's. You helped my daughter celebration turn out great!! Ate at this Chili's for me & my husband's first year anniversary. I've ate at quite a few Chili's but hands down this resturaunt... is the best. For starters, the waitress we had was super accomadating and very nice! We ordered the fajitas along with 2 for 1margaritas and everything was delicious. The manager had came by to check on us multiple times which was great! I HIGHLYrecommend eating here, the food is great, the customer service is great, and the atmosphere is great. We went on Mother's Day and the food was amazing. Favorite was the mini burgers with bacon, cheese, sautéed onions and ranch. ... Bun was crispy around the edges. Yum.. The ribeye was cooked exactly as ordered and very tasty with a side of grilled shrimp. Sides, loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli, were very good as well. Appetizer, Awesome Blossom Petals, was great. Roastedstreet corn was fabulous and, of course, the molten chocolate cake was amazing! Our server was great. Everything was verynice. Prices reasonable.
