We got the 10-piece fish family pack. It took a while for them to answer the drive thru speaker. In fact, I had to ask if anyone... was there before they spoke. They asked if I wanted any sauces. I asked for tartar and vinegar. Only got vinegar... Still.Everything else was good. Food tasted great and was cooked well. Read more
Worst Captain D's restaurant I've ever been to. I ordered a 3 piece spicy fish meal and when I received my food I noticed that... one piece was missing but also the two pieces of fish were totally different. So I went inside and they brought me out anotherpiece of fish but when I enquired about why one piece looks different than the others they continuously tried to convince methat the batter is what made it look different. I love going to ?D?s? but recently the fish batter has been thick and uncooked on the inside. The reason may be as simply as not... enough staff and a need to pre-prep the fish to speed up the process. The reason I say this is because when I ordered and wentto the drive-through there was one worker doing everything. She was working her butt off by taking orders, serving food, at theregister, to the drive through window for payments then back to the registers. She was amazing but worn out. I believe if thestaffing was there then the food will go back to what it once was, deliciousness. Read more
