So I ordered my food and was asked to pull forward. Sat for 20 minutes and went inside. They could find my order. Turns out... that they were out of what I ordered and did say anything to the drive-thru attendant. Then the person in charge gave me arefund and shorted me $4! The read the ticket and gave back my amount of change instead of the total. Anyone looking for a jobat Burger King? They need help! Read more
9:50 in the morning and the service was absolutely terrible! The drive thru attendant was abrupt/rude. After waiting around 10... min in the drive thru with only 2 cars the drive thru attendant just loudly tells me "i cant break a 100 dollar bill there isjust no way. Impossable!". before even taking the money. The order was 10.70. Way to be prepaired to do buisness for the daymanagement. Read more
They are understaffed, like everyone these days, and are a little slow as a result (who ain't). The lady that runs the drive... thru is consistently cheerful and exceedingly friendly. Now BK food is not my favorite, it's just ok, but if it's your thingyou might as well stop by and enjoy a whopper and a smile. Love ya'll. Read more
Building a little old bathrooms are very nice though. Big. Short staffed but very quick nice and clean inside. Drive through... didn't look open so went inside very polite staff and manager. Very good food though for bk probably the best bk I've had in awhile to be honest. Read more
Under new management. Better management, but need more employees on shift during key hours. There is too long a wait for your... inside dining order, during lunch time frame. Indoor orders can take as long as 15 minutes to receive. Orders coming through thedrive-thru are filled first. Indoor orders times are extended. Sandwich preparers are moving slow, with no sense of urgency.Business has picked up considerable, since new management has come in. One must also keep in mind that these are new employees,learning on the job. Expect things to pick up soon. Read more
Friendly staff good food. I went around 8 a.m. on Friday morning. They cooked the food first so no complaints there the only... complaint I would have would be the cleanliness of the men's bathroom. There was no toilet paper and the toilet seat had beenurinated on. from the looks of it it was from the night before so that first thing they should have done that morning was tocheck the bathroom ???? Went to Burger King today with my husband and when we walk in it took them a few minutes to get our order and it's not like... they had a lot of customers or employees (they really need to hire more people.) After we order we tried to fine a seat to sitbut all the tables were drity and sticky with food all over the floor then when we got are food which was the DBL Stacker it hadone piece of bacon on it and hardly any sauce on it. Plus the ketchup packs were all sticky and the Fries were hard as a rock. Read more
They messed up our entire number of 3 separate meals! They messing up burgers, cutting counts on a 4pc, no syrup in drinks no... sweet tea, and came off as they had no idea what was going on. Read more
