Situated right next to Clark?s Barber Lounge so I?ve been trying this place out after each haircut. The owner is very personable... and I love that each time I come (months apart) he adds on to the aesthetic /presentation to make it more welcoming. Love thefood choices with solid pricing. I get the spicy pork ramen every time I go but I?ve had their Philly quesadilla and muffulettawhich were both delish! The epitome of a hidden gem food truck. I absolutely love this truck! I have tried almost everything they offer and every choice is delicious. The tacos, the Philly... steak and cheese, the Cuban, and all of the quesadillas are all to die for. The sauces and cole slaw are flavorful. The serviceis quick and friendly. Tried this today after recommended to go because I was trying to find a good place with tacos. Ended up ordering the birria... quesadilla. It was delicious. Very flavorful and not greasy like I?ve had in the past. Would definitely go again to tryeverything else on their menu. The service was amazing as well. Read more
