So I have been a fan of Bamboo for a while. Locally owned and great food. But I have to tell you the location in Ft Walton is... off the chain! All the employees love their job and they show it. The food was phenomenal. However, Chris? level of service over shadowed everything else. We had never been here before and he... took the time to explain the menu. He made special accommodations for my son who is a picky eater. He was patient. His sense ofhumor was outstanding. I wish we had more people like Chris in the hospitality/restaurant industry. Good food and fast service. Their sushi rolls are amazing! I've also had their ramen which was great. I wasn't a fan of the... curry but may have been a personal preference. There is full service at the sushi bar but dine in you must order at the counter. Read more

We've eaten here a few times. Both lunch and dinner. Lunch seems to not be as crowded as dinner time. We've had a few sushi... rolls and they are made fresh... so yummy! Hibachi chicken teriyaki is my favorite. My only complaint is that I wish it had moreof a vegetable variety with it; otherwise, the flavor hasn't disappointed yet. Our first visit with my husband. He ordered hibachi with steak and chicken. The steak was extra tender and really good. I had Vu... Ching roll and Philly roll, they were really good. The service was great, we were attended by several servers throughout our visit. Seating was quick, but the wait for our food... was a bit long because they were pretty busy on a Thursday night. Our drinks remained filled and the kids meals are inexpensive.Food is always tasty! Read more

This restaurant is so good. We went for lunch and it got busy pretty quickly, the staff were quick and efficient in getting us... seated, orders taken, and food brought out. I had the Hibachi steak and fried rice, volcano sushi roll, and the crispyCalifornia roll. It was all so good and the portions were HUGE. I got a to go box and will have enough for dinner tonight.
