Came here on Nov 2 at 1pm.AMAZING. I am not the type to hype up a fast food restaurant but my rueben was chefs kiss. Cut... perfectly down the middle so symmetrical with an amazing flavor. My food was actually handled with care. That never happens atfast food restaurants! These employees deserve a high five for great team work. Read more

Food tasted old so I handed it back and asked for a refund. Creepy manager said it would take "a very long time" and gave me a... weird little card for a free meal. Like..why would I want to go back for a meal if this one thing I ordered was old? Weirdsituation so I just left and called their help line to get my refund and submit my footage of the weird guy saying it would taketoo long. Read more

I usually have a pleasant experience at Arby's and love going there when it comes to mind. My friend & I just came through the... drive through & the experience couldn't be described as pleasant, unfortunately. The cashier (named Brittney) was very abruptand cut us off several times while taking the order, and overall did not have good customer service skills. As someone who hasworked at THAT Arby's as well & in the food service in general for quite awhile, I'm really not impressed whatsoever. This final encounter (24May22@1118) is the nail in the coffin for me. Ordered on the App for this Arby's location and was... expecting a complicated experience because usually that occurs at this location when ordering through the App. The workers werea little confused due to the online order, but they quickly figured it out. I received some of my food and I mentioned that oneitem was missing. **Also, noting that no bags had receipts on them and no napkins were given** They gave me all the items that Iordered and drove away. The Root Beer tasted like tonic water with a slight hint of syrup (Disgusting). The fries were fresh,but that was the only good thing on the docket today. I opened my sandwich and couldn't believe what I saw. I ordered the WagyuSteakhouse Burger, but did not receive that. I received roast beef on a standard sesame seed bun, not on the typical bun that isincluded with a beef and cheddar sandwich. There was no cheese and nothing else on the sandwich. I was beyond baffled by thiscomical amalgamation they decided to package up and serve to me. I can't even begin to comprehend how someone looked at this andwas satisfied with their work. I guess there is zero training required to handle food at this Arby's. The mozzarella sticks wereslightly undercooked, as well, but passable. The whole experience was poetic for me as this is the worst Arby's I've been to inmy life. I wouldn't expect any more from the employees at this location because clearly there is a lack of competency andprofessionalism. If anyone still decides to eat here, please, please do not order on the app and verify every item thoroughlybefore leaving. **Update, was told to submit a review through their online system, which i did prior to leaving a review here.No response as of yet about my refund or about this review, or the review on their online system. Arby's in Ft. Walton Beach, FL. Employee sleeping/lounging in booth. After his rest and web surf time where he consumed a drink... and wiped his face several times with his hands, he returns to kitchen, scratches his head and starts handling food. Yuk. Thestaff does not care. We drove 10 miles off our trip route to have Arby's. We are sorry we did. The Arby's Classic beef & cheddarwas hastily assembled with one small glob of cheese . . . it was a mess. The brisket sandwich meat tasted like it had beensitting a while. Not fresh. Don't waste your time here. Yes, it is fast food, and yes, I still expect good customer service,cleanliness and a tasty meal. Read more

Not sure what's going on, but put in a $60 order to drive to the location that was literally dark. Why is the Arby's app... allowing orders to be placed if there is no one even here? Now I got a hungry family and no food and have to wait for my moneyback until they decide to put it back through and answer their customer service line. Fix your app Arby's. I'm so sick ofhearing because of COVID this and COVID that. It's just because people are too lazy to work. Still awaiting my refund after 2weeks. Read more

The Beef and Cheddar was alright, but the market fresh wrap was chewier than a well-done milk steak and didn't have much flavor.... Perhaps I did not indulge enough in "the meats" as they say. Also, the horsey sauce packets were covered in a mystery goo thatmade my hands sticky. On an tangential note, I don't know how this Arby's (or really any Arby's) stays in business. The parkinglot is always empty and I never see anybody in the restaurant.(I was the one person) I'm convinced it's just a front fororganized crime or wrapped up in a money laundering scheme. Read more
