Garbage establishment. This is now the second time I have ordered from here and it takes an absurd amount of time for delivery.... This place needs to get it together, looking at pervious reviews it's obvious this issue is reoccurring. Get it together, hirenew management team. Update: I have finally received my order, well half of it anyway. They forgot the 10 inch cheese sticks. Iwas told by the driver that she would be back in 15 minutes, I guess we'll see. Read more
My spouse and I ordered a couple small pizzas at 8pm; it's now 9:55pm, 5 minutes before they close. For the past 20 minutes,... both my spouse and I have been trying to contact the store (on both our phones), and the delivery tracker has said they were ontheir way since around 8:30pm, and it keeps saying that the store is closed; it doesn't even ring all the way through. I'm noteven a full 2 miles from the store, so this doesn't make ANY sense. Trying to get a refund isn't working either, so I'mextremely angry with wasting my money and going hungry tonight. Don't go to the Papa John's on base, it is overwhelminglyunreliable. Read more
Don't waste your money, just go to Costco. The crust was hard and we waited 45 minutes to get the pizza after the app had said... 30. Used to be a regular here, but the staff keeps changing so the quality of food has declined. Such a let down... Read more
My husband orders from here regularly and we don?t normally have issues. I used to work at a papa johns so I understand the fast... paced can get stressful, tonight I had my husband pick up and we didn?t get the soda we ordered, I called and asked to get the 3dollars or whatever returned, employee rudely said ?you can drive back here or just deal with it?? then she talked to themanager, and asked for my address and delivered the soda herself, she she arrived I tried to too her some cash for her troublesbut she walked away said ?I don?t have a mask? and walked away, super snappy and rude, I?m glad I got my soda and I get the jobcan get rough but so she was mean and wouldn?t even take a tip? If I were her manager I?d have to talk to her because eventhough the issue was resolved her attitude was not friendly at ALL :( Read more
I actually love there pizza but when ordering in store the older lady with a pink tattoo on her forearm just STARED at the... keypad and you put in your card and it tells you to put a tip amount. Her staring just made it awkwardly inclined to tip as shewas just glaring at it. Terribly uncomfortable experience. Read more
Ordered for the first time from the Papa Johns on Fort Wainwright and the online ordering process was very simple and the... tracking abilities to monitor the completion of your order was very neat and convenient! Plenty of options to choose from whichwas nice- my son doesn?t eat pizza so being able to order him some ?chicken nuggets? was fantastic. We went for the ShaqPepperoni pizza and a stuffed crust beef and bacon( forgot a pic of this one but it was perfect) My husband wanted the cinnamonpull aparts- I was skeptical because I usually find these cinnamon bread things from pizza places to be pretty dry but that wasnot the case with these- super moist and flavorful!! These are dangerous haha!! Definitely recommend the cinnamon pull aparts!The kids wanted the chocolate chip cookie- it was warm and not too crunchy and they really liked that treat. Really loved thatthe pizzas weren?t greasy- even the one with all the pepperoni! Our order was prepared quickly and we picked it up in about 15minutes. We are staying in the hotel next door for a month+ so I?m sure we will Be ordering from here a lot! Read more
The second time delivery has been VERY late. Last time it took well over two hours, but the pizza wasn't bad. This time I... called hoping that a phone-in order would be quicker, but the employee said I would have to use online because he was too busy.He said the wait time was about an hour. Ordered online and the pizza still isn't here and it's been nearly two hours. Iunderstand that it can be difficult to get things out quickly when understaffed, but this seems to be a recurrent issue. Got my pizzas stolen and they just made me new pizzas and sent it my way. 10/10 customer service
