Garbage establishment. This is now the second time I have ordered from here and it takes an absurd amount of time for delivery.... This place needs to get it together, looking at pervious reviews it's obvious this issue is reoccurring. Get it together, hirenew management team. My spouse and I ordered a couple small pizzas at 8pm; it's now 9:55pm, 5 minutes before they close. For the past 20 minutes,... both my spouse and I have been trying to contact the store (on both our phones), and the delivery tracker has said they were ontheir way since around 8:30pm, and it keeps saying that the store is closed; it doesn't even ring all the way through. I'm noteven a full 2 miles from the store, so this doesn't make ANY sense. Trying to get a refund isn't working either, so I'mextremely angry with wasting my money and going hungry tonight. Don't waste your money, just go to Costco. The crust was hard and we waited 45 minutes to get the pizza after the app had said... 30. Used to be a regular here, but the staff keeps changing so the quality of food has declined. Such a let down... Read more
My husband orders from here regularly and we don?t normally have issues. I used to work at a papa johns so I understand the fast... paced can get stressful, tonight I had my husband pick up and we didn?t get the soda we ordered, I called and asked to get the 3dollars or whatever returned, employee rudely said ?you can drive back here or just deal with it?? then she talked to themanager, and asked for my address and delivered the soda herself, she she arrived I tried to too her some cash for her troublesbut she walked away said ?I don?t have a mask? and walked away, super snappy and rude, I?m glad I got my soda and I get the jobcan get rough but so she was mean and wouldn?t even take a tip? If I were her manager I?d have to talk to her because eventhough the issue was resolved her attitude was not friendly at ALL :( Read more
