I gave this location a 1 star- not based on their food (unfortunately I haven't the chance to try it), but on their customer... service skills- which is so disappointing. I have a big trailer on my truck due to work , and in two months- once during themorning & once during the early evening...I have attempted to order food, but since their inside was closed, and I can't gounder the drive through- I called their store & tried to explain my situation..in hopes that they would consider my situation &allow me to go to the window...or to the front. But on both occasions they just said " you must go thru the drive thru"- And onboth days..I took my business across the street to their competitor. Read more

Good food as far as fast food places go but their a little slow for fast food
UPDATE 2/25/22: Thought I should update my review. Since my last reviews, ownership and management of this location have... changed. What a difference effective management makes! My recent experiences have been very positive. From the eagerness ofthe cashier to take orders to the food coming out hot and fresh, everything has changed! The only complaint I have is themusic. This location used to play Christian music and now they play an easy-listening mix. Today's visit wasn't that great. Ordered the $5 Biggie Bag with spicy nuggets. My sandwich was luke warm and my nuggets were not spicy. The tax was chargedincorrectly on my order and when I questioned the cashier, he didn't act like he even knew what I was talking about. The youngmanager-looking guy stepped in and told me the tax was correct, that they changed it in September and had to pay a bunch out ofthe company's pocket because they didn't change it at the correct time. The problem is our tax is 7%, NOT 8% as they arecharging. The fellow even argued with me about it. How many customers have you defrauded by charging the extra 1%? That's abad business practice! Won't be back unless/until it is corrected. Update 12/13/19: so today makes my 3rd visit since I postedmy review. They fixed the tax issue. However, the food is hit or miss. Sadly, they seem to miss more than they hit. Out offour recent visits, I received hot food ONE TIME! Just not pleased at all with the quality of the food. Read more
The Apple Pecan salad was fresh and full of apples, cranberries and hearty pieces of grilled chicken. That dressing was amazing!... I wish I could remember the name of the vignette. It was delicious. The crackers for the chilli were stale.The service waspretty good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only problem with this location is trying to exit the parking lot in theafternoon. It's best to merge into the turning lane and hope someone will let you in. Other than that, it was a good experience.I'm sure I'll pay them another visit next time I'm in town. I'd recommend this place for lunch. Read more
This was at the Wendy's in Fort Valley, GA. The meat on the burgers should have been used fir chili, way too much mayo and let's... not even discuss the horrible refried French fries. First and last time stopping at this Wendy's. I feel sorry for the communityand the Fort Valley students cause not many restaurants there to begin with....smh Read more
