DO NOT GET ICE CREAM FROM HERE!!! My husband ordered a cup of chocolate devotion (chocolate ice cream with brownie, chocolate... chips and Hershey's syrup) and it had MOLD IN IT!!! When he pointed it out to the worker she said "that's not mold that's fromthe Hershey's syrup" Ummmmm last time I checked, Hershey's syrup is dark brown, not white and green. Great ice cream, but Horrible service. One of the employees charge me For two ice creams but only used enough ingredients for... one ice cream. Then just added more ice cream to fill the bowl instead of adding more toppings to make the proportions even.After being told about the employee did not Correct it. Each time we have gone, we have been attended to promptly and with a smile. The workers are kind with my rambunctious kids and... patient as we all try to decide what we want. I wish there were a few more ice cream options, but I usually stick to myfavorites so not a big deal. The shop itself shares space with a Panda Express and a pharmacy, so keep that in mind. Read more
We haven't been to a Cold Stone in several years due to PCS moves but everyone was very friendly. They even sing when you tip... them which was very funny. The ice cream as always was amazing and they have new flavors all the time. I know we will be backmany times to come! Read more
