I had never gone until my husband begged me to try it! The lemonade is amazing, and so were the loaded pepper fries!

Disorganized. Ordered 2 reg fries and an ultimate. I got one reg and the ultimate. They argued after the girl read off my order... PERFECTLY. For the previous people who put fast service as a "good" quality at this location, please specify time and day!!??? Wait time... here SUCKS!!! Food is awesome and great but service is the WORST!! Workers take their time putting on their gloves and seem tohate jumping on the register, all in the meanwhile giving you that blank stare as to say, "yeah, ima take my time and there'snothing you can do about it!". I need to stop being lazy and just go to Baldino's right out the front gate! I have been coming here for the past year but this Charley?s is going down hill! Everything behind the counter was a mess....an... open bin with the waste from the grill next to food items and an employee cleaning the grill right next to where the chicken formy sandwich was cooking! As I was standing there waiting, I had to listen to one employee ranting to another employee aboutworking there, and saying she doesn?t need the job anyway. Then do the customers a favor and go, you?re rude anyway! The cheesethey slopped on the fries they gave me was a clumped up cold mess!
