Lineups are so long and extremely slow ???? Way too much ice put in cold drinks, very little liquid, tired of paying $6 for a... glass of ice, they refuse to leave the cookies in their original packaging which is far more sanitary, telling me they're notallowed to, what a joke! The place is a huge disappointment and a huge money grab! Read more

I got a great drink at the Safeway location and we thought we'd stop by and get the same one at this location the next day. Got... our name and order wrong so we ended up waiting 30+ minutes to receive it, and in the end mine wasn't even what I ordered so Iended up not drinking 75% of it. Decent location, though relatively run of the mill. They handle Covid restrictions well and made my drink quickly and... accurately. Disappointing that their nitro cold brew tap was down, but otherwise happy with the experience. Super friendlystaff. Read more

Not much to say, it's a Starbucks in the Safeway in Port St John British Columbia. There is a small seating area for waiting,... dining etc. The store itself has been revamped and is a much nicer place to visit. A service at Starbucks is the usual, a bitof a lineup to make your order and a bit of a wait to pick it up but it is as expected when you do get it???? Read more

Lies! I wouldn't go here for anything; overpriced, they have no clue what small medium and large mean, their coffee is terrible... and the chain is owned and ran by douchebag liberals. Macdonalds will make you same stuff for cheap. Or better yet support localand go to the "Caffination Station" just up the road and 2 locations. Read more

Very nicely designed outlet. All the conscience of a normal Starbucks but they have some comfy chairs and loads of... outlets. Staff not really fast but that seems typical of more remote locations. Take your time they have pretty flexiblehours! Read more

I went to Starbucks drive thru at around 10am and sat there for 10min without moving so I left and came back an hour later and... went inside to get some food. Later that day I went back to the drive thru and sat there for 25min without moving, got to theorder screen and got told I'll be helped right away just for another 10 minutes to go by with no service . I took off furious. Isent my boyfriend back later that evening to try again and same thing . It is absolutely pathetic service . It's a drive thruNOT a sit and wait for 30min kinda thing ... Drive thru' s are supposed to be quick . I don't think anyone should try 3 -4times a day to get something from there and not get what they want once !!! Read more
