Ordered 2 different pizzas with substitutions over the phone, picked up in store. The order was perfect, staff was really... friendly, restaurant was clean and tidy. I have been to this town couple of times for work purposes , the time i get there they were open only in the whole city, so i... gave it a try it was really worth the price, worth wait time, i had to wait about 20 min but it is not bad as i know how muchbeing short staffed hurts a local business . I saw only two people there one young female and another male, and I couldn?t askmore they were friendly, made sure my pizzas were good, very welcoming environment they showed me, well before i took my time topost the review i read other reviews, I want to say you get treated same or little better ( customer service) depending on howyou treat them. Disappointing at best. Luckily it?s a 2 for 1 deal, but individually, each is priced at an outrageous $45! We had the worst... experience. The delivery driver went to the wrong address, called and left 5 voicemails?.The pizzas were on the wrong crust, onehad the wrong sauce, and ingredients were cheap and processed (and some listed ones clearly not on them), as well as beingbarely warm when they finally arrived. When we asked for a discount, the manager told us he made them himself and we were wrongbecause he made them. Then stated he was already making us new ones after we had already said we didn?t want more pizza, just adiscount on our order. They eventually gave us a refund on our entire order, as needless to say, we weren?t happy. For lowerquality than dominoes and to be told we were wrong about all the issues, we will not be ordering from there again, let alonerecommending to anyone we know. Read more
