I am only giving this review because I think it is important for the owners to be aware of the situation. We went in on a Sunday... and greeted nicely. We ordered 1 plate. After 20 mins of waiting I went to ask what place I was in line. The counter worker gotvery defensive. Only 2 people showed up for work besides herself so we had to wait for drive through to get made then they makeinside orders. I don't understand why we weren't notified when we arrived and why 1 guy couldn't make drive-thru while the othermade inside orders? After another 15 mins we received the food. That's a total of 35 mins for 1 plate. I couldn't eat theenchilada because the tortilla was so hard and hardly any meat. Otherwise the meal was fine. If the counter worker would havenotified the customers as they arrived she wouldn't have had to defend herself to so many customers and give refunds. Lunchbreak wasted that day. Read more

The staff were awesome. The manager was personable and friendly. Ordered quickly but took forever to get our food and then when... it came half of it was wrong, as was the food at 3 of the 5 tables around us. They fixed the problem and were very apologetic.The beans were great and you guys have some of the best chips. Read more
I?m not sure what his name is, but the guy working the night shift drive through on August 12th deserves a huge raise!!! I could... tell they were short staffed and the drive through line wait was long but it was completely fine bcuz the guy working at thedrive through was so kind to me and my bf. :) He gave us extra salsa and was EXTREMELY POLITE. It?s so hard to find people thesedays that are able to be so kind even when they are in a hurry and in a stressful environment. I could tell he was having tobasically do everything in there. Ordered the party box we got half burrito and half tacos also the party platter all food was good on the platter. went in to get... sauce the bar was out of pico they got some from the back pretty quickly, line moved pretty fast for a rush had no problemswith the order or the food everything was good costumer service was great. I hate that Taco Bueno food is so good otherwise I wouldn?t have gone back to this location. Today I sat in the drive-thru at... the window for 20 minutes or longer waiting for my food. The girl acted high and asked me 5 times what salsa I wanted. She gaveme the wrong persons food and I opened it and touched it before I realized. I handed it back to her and she took it out of thebag and gave it to the customer in the lobby after I touched the food. Disgusting! Not the first time I?ve seen this there. Theyalso had someone in regular clothes carrying a baby where they were making the food! After everything, I was happy to get myfood, but didn?t get my salsa after being asked 5 times what kind I wanted and there was guacamole all over the outside of mybox. There is always something wrong with my order when I go to this location. Another time, I watched a TB worker give adelivery service driver a huge bag of food in the lobby. He touched everything in the bag and handed it back to her. She took itbehind the counter then waited for him to leave before she gave it to the lobby customer!
