Just ordered sandwiches with Kris it's his 3rd or 4th night of working AND his first night to close. He listened to my request,I... asked for extra meat on my footling sub he put that on my sandwich. I was undecided about the cheese and he made a suggestion.Abbie most definitely needs to work on her people skills or not work with the public period.I wasnt impressed with herbehavior,she kept saying whatever I requested extra was costs more. Ok I came in there with plenty of money no problem. Butrolling her eyes at her co worker because he asked a question and dropped something?? Just went there tonight there was only one person working and we were ordering 3, 12 inch subs, and there were other customers... behind us. The lady behind the counter handled it very calmly, respectfully, kindly and speedy. We would go back again. Wish Igot her name because she was great. It would have been 5 star but I think for the work load and safety reasons she shouldn't beworking alone. Read more
They have horrible customer service here. I placed an app order for over $30 for there to be hardly any food on the sandwiches... when I got home. They informed me AN HOUR later that I could drive all the way back down there for a refund/remake or they wouldwill put me down to not charge me for cheese on my next order! Read more
