Where do i start. This is the worst Sonic in Fort Smith. I placed my order after waiting 10 minutes for someone to answer to... take my order. Of course the order was wrong. so i push the red button again and they never answered. I was so mad i got outtook my order inside myself. No one im sorry sir but waited another 15 minutes on my order. So the whole process to get a number1 took 35 minutes. This happens all the time at this sonic. Also saw a lady pull up to the drive thru no one ever took herorder. She backed up and left. I work for a company near the sonic we have 50 employees and none of them will ever go back.Close this place down. Rude people!! Read more
Never again will I go to this sonic, I asked for a cherry coke an a vanilla dr.pepper, what they gave me was not what I asked... for it has chunks in it. Read more
Everything was brought out quickly and cooked to perfection. Was able to order and pay on the app, and the drink cups were clean... and not covered in spilled soda when we got them. They have the boba-type bubbles back, but the carhop brought me a regularstraw for it. Also, had to make multiple trips because he kept forgetting parts of our order but he was very kind and pleasant.Will be back! Read more
Took forever to get a response from the speaker in drive thru. I dont know if they were short handed or what but the line was... also moving ay a super slow pace. Finally got to window to pay and was told to move ahead to wait for my order which was a orderof cheese stick. People were polite though and said sorry. I dont think i will ever visit this sonic again. Read more
Went during happy hour for drinks. Got there at 10 til 4. They took the order at 3:56. They charged full price. When I asked why... the price was so high the car hop had an awful attitude. She took my receipt back into the store for a total of 1 minute whenshe came back she gave me the receipt and said "here, the order was placed at 4:01. We're not going to do anything." She thenturned and just walked off. Needless to say I won't be coming back. I hope they use that 3 dollars. Read more
Went 30 minutes before close and ordered one drink. We sat there for ten minutes waiting and watching the associates just walk... around looking at their phones. We tried pushing the button again and no one would respond. We then saw a guy lock the doors,guess they closed early? So we just ended up leaving as we were paying cash. I?m not one to leave reviews but this is just badfor business if they are doing this to others as well. Read more
Paid $5 for supersonic breakfast burrito.. 2inch burritto. How the f do u take 12in tortilla and turn it in to 2in 2 bite... burrito. Change the name to Supersonic kids buritto. Read more
The car hop was the nicest at 7:30am. Pleasant but not over the top. I love that you can order anything from the menu all day.... The food always taste good. Read more
