Went through the drive thru and was asked if I wanted to add a tip?? First time I've ever been asked to tip in the drive thru of... a fast food restaurant?? Lol Here's a tip -->Just give me my food...end of transaction!!....most peculiar? The sandwich wasokay so you get three stars but drop the begging for a tip routine. p.s. Terrible!! Served me the wrong sandwich after waiting over 20 minutes for our food. I took it back to the front.. told the... crew worker it was the wrong sandwich.. went back to my table.. 10 mins pass.. no replacement sandwich.. went back to thefront. Asked where?s my sandwich? Was told by the manager on duty.. we are looking into it and trying to figure out whathappened??? What happened was you served me the wrong sandwich!!! Went back to my table still no sandwich! Walked back upthere and waited another 10 minutes still no sandwich!!! Finally I had enough! I told the manager I didn?t want the sandwichand demanded a full refund! The manager couldn?t refund my money she had to call someone to help.. finally after being therefor almost an hour. I was provided my refund and left! Never will I ever return! Ordered a $10 supreme gluten free pizza. Pizza was half cooked. Very gummy, veggies barley cooked. Got sick within 30 minutes... after eating two pieces. Read more
Turkey tasted...cheap? Watery/slim like. 7:52 and they tried to not even let us in lobby. Bread was great though
I love Schlotzsky's but there's not one where I live, so I try to plan a stop if there's a store close to where I'm going to... be. The girl/woman at the window wasn't very friendly. Tried joking around with her and she seemed to be very annoyed. Maybeshe was having a bad day? My order of an original was great, as always. I ordered a Cinnabon but they didn't have any due tothe food shortage. Will I ever go back to this store again? You bet cha!!! And any other store that finds its way to my path,lol. Read more
I am unhappy to share my recent experience here, as I have been a lifelong, pleased customer of Schlotzky?s. This being said, my... most recent visit was unacceptable. My first issue was when I went to pay for my food. Instead of taking my card to pay, theemployee reached out with a card reader for me to pay on. Once I stuck the card in, he informed me that it would ask for a tip.This made me feel extremely uncomfortable because it was very obvious to the worker if you chose the button to not tip. BecauseI was in the drive through, and it was already an expensive sandwich, I chose not to tip. The employee was then obviouslyannoyed with my choice not to tip. When I returned home to eat, I opened the sandwich, and was greeted by an extremely thick(pube-like), 6 inch hair. Whether these two events are correlated or not, I don?t know.
