I was working as a delivery driver on a Sunday night. Several customers and I were ignored for 20 minutes inside the restaurant... waiting in line. They did not communicate any issues they were experiencing and no sign to tell us there were any problems.After getting someone?s attention I was told that they were prioritizing customers in the drive thru over us and would not helpus until the drive thru. Several customers left angrily about this, and I jumped in line at the drive thru. Once I got throughthe drive thru they told me they did not receive my customer?s order, which a delivery app confirmed that had been received 30minutes prior. So they lost my customer?s order and told me they could not help complete their small order. A manager waspresent who avoided trying to communicate any issues and didn?t even apologize for losing my customer?s order. I understand thestressful nature of their jobs, so I am very patient with restaurant workers. First review I?ve ever felt compelled to write.I?ve had poor experiences with other restaurants over the past 580+ deliveries but this one was by far the worst. Read more
Did not take order in a timely manner. 15+ minutes at counter. Asked when they was going to take our order, the young girl... claimed service was slow because people called in. 5 people working including manager, drive through nor busy. My first visithere. Read more
Made you wait 15 minutes to order. No receipt. No hot sauce, no honey no napkins. It's as if they wanted you to drive off. So... you couldn't place your order. Read more
My order taker was friendly and nice. Treated me as if I were family, well, maybe better. But still I enjoyed my visit to here.... I will go again. Read more
Absolutely amazing food and service. Was visiting from out of town and the employees were friendly, kind, and even gave us some... extra biscuits and fries since it was our first time at Popeyes. Can't recommend this location enough. 11/10 Looking forward totrying out Popeyes back home more often because of my visit. Read more
Now I understand being short staffed but we had to wait 20 min before I even got to place my order. There was only 1 other car... in the drive through. No apology no for warning bad customer service all the way around. Read more
Edit : since my last visit they have fixed the crater they had and lobby seems to be open for dining in. My love for Popeyes has... been gradually declining, but this location in particular deserves 1 star review, there?s no way of knowing anymore when thelobby is open or not (almost post COVID) but the lowlight of this review is the stellar crater they have in the parking lot, Iknow it does now show depth on the picture, but you can do some serious damage to your car if you don?t see it. It is also rightthere on the main path to get to the drive through. Read more
3 people in front of me in line . 15 minutes to even order then another 10 minutes to receive my food . Absolutely no hustling... from employees. Terrible service . Do yourself a favor and just go to Slim Chickens , food and service is better . Read more
