We really enjoy Panda Express, and have for years. We moved from Denver, CO a year ago and were excited that Panda was coming to... the area. I see low star rates from others and you need to understand that this is NOT a fine dining sit down take your timefull service restaurant. It's just what they advertise Fast Food Chinese that's why they're called Panda EXPRESS. We like theconvenience and fast food they offer. Read more

Really would like to give 3.5 stars. Food was about what I expected from the last time I had it several years ago. Wasn?t bad,... but for the price I?d much rather choose a local restaurant. If you?re looking for Chinese fast food this is it. Read more

The Panda Express in Fort Smith has vastly improved since opening. I myself love Panda and have been a fan since a kid. In the... beginning of the stores opening their Quality Control was terrible, and I had a couple wrong orders, but that is to be expectedsince training 40 plus new employees can be a task to accomplish. Since the fort smith location has opened they have greatlyimproved and I can confidently say this is the best panda I have tried. I went in and was promptly greeted and heard the tunesbeing whistled and sung by the kitchen. The one cook in the back with the long hair and the round glasses is a hoot to hearchirping his tunes while he merrily pushes out fantastic tasting food. Thank you for such a pleasant experience Panda of FortSmith. If you went two months ago and didn?t like it I highly suggest giving the store another try for they have greatlyimproved. Read more

I absolutely love Panda Express just not this one. I knew before I went this evening that there would be issues because they are... very new to Fort Smith. Most of the time any restaurant that comes to Fort Smith will have some issues and if it is a chain thenthe food will be horrible. Because of my love for PE I went anyway. I knew the drive thru would be a wait, not a problem. When Itell you the very sight of my food I was mad. The beef and broccoli looked like the kind you get from the grocery store andmicrowave and it tasted like it too. My grilled teriyaki chicken I don?t have words to explain how bad it was. The eggs in myfried rice was burnt, like burnt. I will never EVER go back to this one. I guess I?ll have to get it when I?m in Fayetteville.I?m truly disappointed by this. I wasted money on this when I should?ve just put that money in my gas tank and ate a PB&J?????????? Read more

I?ve always liked Panda Express and I was excited to see one open here in Fort Smith, but I was surprised at how small the... portions were compared to other locations. It barely fit the little sections in the box. However, it?s a clean location and thestaff are friendly. Read more

They opened and as expected, the crowds followed, (us included), we got there at opening and here was the issue, mostly a... training one. The girl in front of us (inside dinning) had at the very least 15 to go orders that she then pay forINDIVIDUALLY. Our food had already been ordered and sat there getting cold as this 15 individual transactions happened in theone and only register they had open. So, MANAGEMENT, if you are reading this, and I hope you are, please avoid this situationwhen you see it happen, open the second register and pull that customer aside to ring up all those individual transactions. Thefood was ok, but again, it was already semi-cold. Read more

They say that patience is a virtue, one that has to be exercised here. Placed was severely packed and had to wait a little on... the food. That being said, it was worth it. Food was constantly being prepared, everyone was friendly and the wait time wasn'ttoo bad. First, the good. The amount of food you get depends on what you want. 3 choices of meals with 1 to 3 entree's and aside makes for a pleasant pick and choose experience. They pride themselves on plenty of flavor. Even the Lo Mein, while beingjust a basic noodle with simple oil and veggies, and with the few spicy choices I got for food, nothing was overpowering.Everything I got matched with each other. Next, the bad. You will be WAITING to get in here for a while. This is a new placethat is getting on their feet. Drive thru was packed, the inside dining area was packed and you will be rubbing elbows with acouple of people. I would say to not pick this as a fast dine in/order out. Sadly, they won't let you sample anything so if youhave reservations about if you will like what's on offer, it will be either something you will like or won't. Lastly, therewere some things my partner did not like but they're more of a neutral opinion. What they didn't like doesn't mean others won't.The cream cheese rangoons are more on the savory side so if you prefer sweet ones this isn't the place. Also both tea options, black and passion fruit and mango, are unsweetened. The passion fruit and mango is pretty much a black tea with a hint of fruit. They also ordered the honey walnut shrimp which wasn't bad, but there are definitely other places that, in their opinion, do amuch better job. Overall, a positive experience. Only time will tell if they will have the staying power and will amass a goodfollowing. I encourage you to give it a shot. Welcome to Fort Smith, Panda Express ????
