The manager at the Alma McDonald's is rude and disrespectful to her disabled employees. She do not care how she talks or treats... her employess. Corporate doesn't take the claims seriously. So when they get sued it will be a different story. Disabled peoplehave rights too. Read more
Tired of calling this place and never getting an answer I've made two complaints about a manager at the grand store and she... still hasn't had any consequences so today I'm waiting on my frappe for about 12 min and two people got their food while myfrappe just sat on the table where they make it not one person asked where it was supposed to go then when confronted about itshe wanted to lie and say no It just got finished when I had been standing there staring at it and talking about it. if i could give the McKinley Corporate office a zero i would. Me and my girlfriend went in to pick up our uniforms the day we... got hired. the person giving out uniforms was Barbara Long. Worst experience of my life. when she asked me my size, i told heronly to have her look me up and down in disgust and say ?that?s not gonna work?. she then proceeded to ask for my shirt size andwhen i told her, she did the same thing and said ?they run very small so i?ll give you this one? which was two sizes too big.i?ve never felt so disrespected as i did in that office. then when it got to my girlfriend, Barbara asked for her sizes and gaveher sizes that were too big then proceeded to say we were built weird and that we don?t fit the uniforms correctly. theexperience made us not even want to continue employment. we then called the mcdonald?s that we got hired at to let them knowthey?re not gonna disrespect us and they didn?t even care and blew it off. absolutely disgusting. I have been to every hadly owned mcdonalds in tge area the booneville store gets 4 stars every other store they have is a 1 or 2... star all the fort Smith stores and the waldron store are awful a few people actually care in booneville store I dont see that inany of the other stores if u go to them tell them to be more like booneville Read more
Worked for them and THEY screwed up and made 2 deposits in my bank account then threatened me with going to the police on there... payroll error if I didn't pay it back that following Monday in full! This threat came from a Patty that works at the corporateoffice. She was very very rude to me like I did the screw up! When I asked to make a payment arrangement since it was almost$500 payroll error, she plan out refused! Will NEVER work for them EVER AGAIN! Don't eat McDonald's on Rogers Ave Walmart I went there today an go me a 1.00 cheeseburger an I got home an opened it to take a... bite am I saw something dark on it an it was a rouch in bedded in the bun!
