Lol...Still the fastest of FastFoods. I hit the drive through, but they are always clean when I go in. Especially the bathrooms.
I went to the mobile order area, and they were quick and efficient. Food was perfect temp, and well made
Went here a couple nights ago at 1145-1150(closes at 12). I use their app to get deals and had already placed my order. I was... completely ignored at the drive through so I drove up to the window and got blatantly ignored by the manager who was emptyingthe tea urns(that are right next to the window). Went to this McDonald?s around 6:45-7:00 pm on Oct 31. We stood for about 5 minutes to be waited on. No one else was there.... Looked in the prep area where the workers were and they were talking, looked and saw we were there but didn?t offer to help usor offer they would be with us. After a few more minutes we went back over to the counter by the prep area and asked if wegoing to be waited on. A worker came over with an attitude, like we were interrupting their conversation. Never apologized forus having to wait, questioned his attitude of how we were being treated. Still had no concern for us as a customer so we leftwithout ordering anything. We were the only ones there and only one car in the drive thru. We went to the McDonald on oldGreenwood Rd by the pavilion. We had great service there and the assistant manager was very helpful as we had a large order.Won?t be visiting the McDonald?s on Rogers by the freeway. We will return to the one on old Greenwood rd. Highway rip off!!! My husband went to get breakfast for us and paid $15! For sausage McMuffin( there was no cheese!), 2 hash... browns, and sausage, cheese, egg biscuit sandwich and they charge him for the cheese!!! That was never like that. To charge forcheese!! I can?t believe how they jacked up the price there!!!! We will never order from there!!! Read more
Very slow on drive through. They are extremely short handed tonight. So many car behind me left without ordering. I waited more... than 30 minutes just for fries and cookies. Need better management. Read more
Sometimes they get it right, sometimes they get it wrong. Seems to be new employees in there all the time. The screens on their... drive-thru haven't been working correctly in about 3 months... hope you know what you want. Read more
