Terrible customer service. Firstly, they were out of the lobster bites. Secondly, their payment machine wasn?t working, so we... literally had to drive five minutes away to a bank to get cash, any other place with decent customer service would have justgiven the meal and apologized for the inconvenience. If my kids weren?t hungry for this food, I would have just drivenaway. When we finally came back they gave a $10 discount so I?ll at least give them that. Read more

All over the store it's advertised you can get free fish and chips for doing the survey. We'll they only gave me my card... reciept. No way to fill out the survey without the food reciept. Guess they knew the fish was dry abd the rice was old abd thecorn was brown from sitting I a hot bin all day...probably yesterday's leftovers. Was very disappointed and couldn't even do thesurvey. $16 WASTED. Read more
I like LJS but their location is not convenient for me. It's been awhile since my last visit and i was shocked to see how high... prices are. Near $10 for almost any Combo, and that doesn't include. The food was as good as i remembered it but it will be awhile before im back. Read more
