I got the #3 and I pulled my chicken out of the box and it has a piece gone . Looked closely and had my co worker look it was... bitten off . Will never be back when told employee her response was they pull out the chicken with tongues I took pictures . Read more
Out West, the Chicken is seasoned like it's supposed to be, and larger pieces. Got Biscuits that were literally like Hockey... Pucks. Sometimes I'll tell them to include some spicy pieces, and they were like day-old, reheated pieces if Chicken. Thatplaces does NOT appear clean at all. Look at the outside of the Building. Read more
The order wasn't right. The manager was rude. Paid more than was supposed to after checking my receipt. Absolutely do not... recommend this place. If possible I'd give it a negative one star. Read more
This was a really good place to eat with the kids they love the chicken strips. I just have to brag on them because when I went... there the other day me and the kids everything was fresh it was awesome and tasted super good so thank you guys for making ourfood fresh it was really yummy and we didn't even have to ask for it it was already done that way which is the right way y'allwere awesome the employees were very nice so thank y'all very much for the fresh delicious food I totally recommend peoplecoming here and eating it was nice place to eat. I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD! I am originally from Alabama where churches chicken is treated like a God. My wife ordered... the number 3 and I ordered the number 2. She had never had churches chicken before and we decided to try something new tonightfor dinner. We got home and they had messed up her order. They gave us 2 number 2 meals. The Mac 'n cheese was old and had ahair in it. The chicken tasted old, the breading was too crispy, even the biscuit wasn't fresh. We will never return to thisbusiness. We will be going to KFC or Popeyes for fried chicken in the future. The chicken was bad enough to where my dogswouldn't eat it. I don't recommend this place at all unless you don't have taste buds. Poor service! Can't understand anyone's English and when you get home and the order is wrong ???? definitely will not be... back....and you can't reach them by phone it goes to voice mail I'm sure they don't want to hear the truth. What a waste of timeand money 6-13 -22. Read more
Church's gets it right, they fry their chicken to a nice golden brown. Too often , I've been disappointed in other places... because the chicken is overdone and it's too dark. Or it's been sitting under a lamp too long and it's dried out. My order todaywas very flavorful juicy, and and just the right amount of crisp. Their jalapenos are on Point as well as their biscuits. Everytime I come here I usually go through the drive-thru and you're always very friendly. Today I went inside to eat and again theywere very friendly. I like churches chicken but due to the under cooked chicken at this location I am my wife will not be returning to this one. The... lady that took our order seemed to be a B. Maybe she was having a bad day. The dipping sauces are limited to two. Was not askedif we wanted any. We had to ask. My wife has sickness from the chicken. The biscuits were ok. But really couldn't taste thehoney in the butter. I didn't ask for the manager cause I didn't think one was there. I would not recommend going there. Andmaybe if someone lives in fort Smith maybe they will contact the health department about my review. NOT A GOOD IDEA TO GO TOTHIS LOCATION.
