Jenny Lind store. My son had a gift card and tried to use it. The cashier told him it was empty and asked where he got it. He... told her it was from his mom as one of his Christmas gifts. She told him his mom must not love him as it was empty. When he saidhe?d go elsewhere she told him she had to keep the card as it had zero balance. He was able to get the card back from her andused it at another Caseys. We tried calling the store to speak to the manager and they wouldn?t let us. Said manager had leftfor the day. The cashiers name was Cheyenne and we would like an apology from her. The way she tried to keep the card made itsound like she wanted to keep the money for herself. Update already. The asst mgr called us back and apologized. Said they werehaving issues with gifts cards. Sure wish they?d let the cashiers know. Still doesn?t explain why they have such rude employeeslike Cheyenne still working there ???? SO?when the asst mgr called me, she took our name and number for the main manager tocall us back. No one ever did. Then the reply to my review was a cut and paste one telling us to contact them back. The sitethen had us fill out a form, which we did. Caseys does NOT care that their employees treat customers badly-they apparently do aswell!!! They just seem to want to put up hoops for people to jump through, so that they give up. Awful. My little contributionof a tank of gas a week won?t mean much to them, but I will go elsewhere. Read more

Pizza is bad and way overpriced, but if I'm rating based on the gas station overall then they do have a large variety and are... usually clean. Ple ty of pumps so you never have to wait in line is a plus Read more
Think they had a new pizza maker, asked for Canadian bacon and pineapple. When we got home we noted the pineapple was pretty... sparse. The call in for pizza was ready but had to wait in line about 10 minutes just to pay. Only 2 ppl in front of me! Read more

Ordered pizza online. Was Very easy. Arrived at store to get it and it wasnt quite done yet. Chit chatted with the lady that... makes the pizzas. Nice lady. 2nd time having Casey's pizza. Prices were good. Only hangups I have are that the toppings areunder the cheese so they fall out into the middle when you pick up a slice and the dough hasnt been quite done in the center.Still really mushy even though it just came out of the oven so you have to have a fork or spatula so your slice doesnt tearapart and you lose more toppings. Store was Very clean. Cashier was nice. She let me know about their rewards program which Ihave now signed up for. Overall good experience. Will probably be returning again. Read more

Staff is like family! Always there with a smile. It's like going to a place where they always know your name and glad you came.... The best pizza ever. The pizza is the best in town. Especially the older lady Darlene she is the heart and soul at night. Andthe sweet old lady in the morning Ms. Bnnie she makes the best burritos. Always has food hot and ready! Read more
