Their food and drinks are ok but the drive thru lady today was rude. I was told to go to the second window but it was supposed... to be the first. She yelled at me from the first window and implied I was lying about being told to go to the second one. Shewas shocked when I was rude back so maybe she should be nicer next time. I live near this location and since attending medical school have to live off student loans and thus on a tight budget. So I... always receive Burger King coupons and this makes it the cheapest option and for the past year plus had a generally goodexperience with the 25% chance of order being wrong and having to get it correct which I know happens and don't mind. However,here recently there is this older white woman who has become verbally abusive and have never been so infuriated from a drivethrough. The last time I went through the drive through and even had the coupon in my hand raised up to hand her and she stillopens the window and instead of saying the balance or something pleasant like other drive throughs just opens the window yellingin a rude tone "I NEED YOUR COUPON" and was like whoa you mean the one I am literally holding up right here. This has gottenAWFUL and I understand they need the coupons but why must you scream at people in such rude voices when you can just politelysay your total is $4.95 and could I please get your coupon. This is gotten so bad that both me and my wife want to quit goinghere it's gotten so rude after eating here on average 3-4 times a week for a year now. ????????The manager was complete trash. I?m not gonna lie. Ordered a 2 for 6 One was wrong went back around and was met with... such hate by what I?m pretty sure is the manager. She actually made me cry because it?s not even noon yet and she was being sohateful.
