I just ate here and not only was the food very, very good. My waitress Renee gave me the red carpet treatment. She was patient... with us with the menu because we haven't been here before, so it took a little while for us to order. When asking her questionsabout how much food was an item to was the gumbo spicy. She never hesitate and gave me an accurate detail on what I would expectif I order a particular item. I ordered the Mediterranean chicken salad and fried pickles. The salad was VERY fresh, and delicious. Even the cherry tomatoes... were delicious (I?m very picky about tomatoes and often don?t eat them because of being picky. The fried pickles are chips, withlight, seasoned breading. Yummy! Read more
It is a great place to eat. It is a Cajun based restaurant with great food. They have a bar area tv's they have a patio and they... do karaoke on some nights. I think we found our new favorite place to eat. Read more
I just had the most amazing lunch. My wife and I shared the flat iron steak, baked sweet potato and a cup of seafood gumbo. I... walked right in with no wait sat down at a freshly sanitized table and Renee took great care of us from start to finish. Shehelped us decide on the bacon waffle fries for appetizer, they were great but I almost filled up on them. With almost no wait atall our food came out, exactly like we ordered it. The steak was a great cut of meat, seasoned perfectly and grilled to the mostperfect medium rare I have ever seen. The gumbo was not the best I've ever had but I lived on the gulf coast and my wife makesthe best in my opinion. That being said, the gumbo was pretty good, steak was over the top, service was second to none, thanksRenee. I'll be back to try more from the very long menu. 1. Many Dirty dishes and abandoned food items were left for me to look at while I dined.. 2. Food was disappointing and over... priced.... 3. Service was HORRIBLE !!!! It took about 45 minutes to get my fish and chips, because the waitress forgot to put inmy order..... Happend to the folks behind me too, listened to them grumble for a while and then the dominate female of the groupspoke up and complained. Overall, I wish I would have just stayed home and I am seriously not a picky guy, at all !
