Currently sitting at Applebee's, we ordered pretzels and beer cheese as an appetizer, we received waffle fries, corrected the... waitress that we received the wrong order and told her again, she said she would put that in and came by later and said she hadput our order for bread sticks and Alfredo in. We corrected her again and reminded her it was pretzels and beer cheese. Theybring out bread sticks and Alfredo, she takes it back and finally brings the pretzels and beer cheese. When she isn't at thetable she and coworkers are playing their phones. Good luck with service! Read more
Slow service. Didn't get the appetizer right which we weren't going to complain about then we decided to order another appetizer... because they were advertising half off after 9 which we looked up on Applebee's website to see which ones were part of thespecial but then the bill came & the manager said each franchise had different appetizers on the special. Won't be going backover $4! The manager could have just ate the $4 & we'd have been happy but instead we're posting this & won't be going back &will be calling Applebee's corporate in the morning. We ordered To Go: The staff was very friendly, but the food wasn?t all that great. The chips were stale, the mash potatoes were... gross. Steak and shrimp were good, but they didn?t have any cocktail sauce. Read more
Horrible experience. We were seated quickly and then waited a while for our waitress. And we continued waiting for our waitress... - it took us about 10 minutes to get our food ordered and about 20 minutes (on a slow night) to get our food delivered to thetable. We ordered riblets, a cheeseburger, and 3 cheese pasta. All the food was cold, the burger was served with an order ofextra grease, and all the plates had hair on them. Our waitress vanished and I had to get the bartender to try and find ourcheck so we could pay and leave. 10 minutes later, our waitress brought the check and disappeared again. I've not stepped into an Applebee's in over 12 years due to low quality food, and lacking service. The state I lived in had... closed almost all of the locations. Going tonight, my meal was good, drinks strong, and our server Emanie was great. She tookgood care of us and was a very nice young lady. Read more
Me and my pregnant wife went for lunch, she took hers to go but I ate my meal in the restaurant. My ribs were dry and over... cooked but at least edible. She took hers home to eat and every single piece of chicken was raw. We will never be back. Read more
