Chicken tenders with sweet chilli sauce is so good! And always get the 6 pieces so you have leftovers for lunch! The customer... service is always genuine and makes you feel very welcomed. Tomato basil soup is also a favorite of mine here too. Read more

Melanie is a fantastic waitress. I've been going to Ricky's in Ft. Saskatchewan for ten years, and Mel & all of her waitresses &... waiters have always provided me with great service, professionalism & courtesy. The food is always good too. Melanie isexcellent at her job, 60% of the reason I go back to any restaraunt is because of the staff & how good a job they do, the foodis secondary to the wait staff in my mind. Read more

Very, very disappointed with our service yesterday! It was past the lunch hour, and the restaurant was fairly empty. All our... soft drinks were served without ice or straws, and we had to ask twice for these items. Apparently ice and straws are inshort supply at Ricky's. When our four orders were dropped off, there was only cutlery for two on the table. Apparentlycutlery and napkins are in short supply at Ricky's. It wasn't busy, but we couldn't find a server, so we helped ourselves fromanother table. Apparently servers are in short supply at Ricky's (which is probably very true!) But the absolute worst wasanother server coming along and taking our ketchup bottle (for another table) without even asking! Unbelievable! We asked thattable if we could "borrow" the ketchup bottle back, so we could finish our fries. Apparently ketchup bottles are in short supplyat Ricky's too! I quietly asked that server about it, and was told it was their policy to clean off tables. But we weren'tfinished ...! I deeply regret the 15% gratuity I selected on the $91.97 bill. I have ordered thru skip from Ricky?s MANY times and never had an experience like this. It?s not so much about the food, it?s... about the manager M. my order was wrong so I called them. She said she added elements because I asked without meat to compensatefor it. I was upset because what she added I am allergic to. She hung up on me. I called back 4 times and every single time shewould pick up and hang up. Finally an other lady answered my call which was very nice. I asked to speak with the manager (M).
