So after posting that I was disappointed that Popeyes couldn't get their act together with the correct hours, I see that they... actually changed them, Yeah!! I have never experienced any wait time but I always call ahead to get the food ready for pickup.Also, I went onto Google and changed their Mon to Thur hours to what they actually are and then someone from HO must have goneonto Google to change them properly. Very poor experience! Waited close to 15 minutes before the staff at the counter could take my order only to be told it would be... a 20 minute wait for the chicken to be ready, needless to say we went elsewhere..... Short staffed and inefficient customerservice, taking an order then filling that order before moving on to the next order was a real ineffective use of time. Phone inorders being prioritized over walk in customers is both frustrating and inappropriate. Read more

Not a great experience for my visit to this location. The food was great, the atmosphere, not so much. Someone felt it was... appropriate to play racially charged music filled with cussing, well above a reasonable volume. I'm okay with all genres, butthere is a limit to what is okay for a public environment. I had come with a child, and ended up.leaving before he completedhis chicken due to the obscene music. There was about eight employees working. No one stepped up to do something about whatwas happening, leading me to believe this is the "normal" at this location. Will absolutely never go here again. The incompetents runs rampant. Got our meals home and didn't get what I ordered. Completely... wrong! Didn't get my receipts given to me, so no way to actually even confirm my order number. Which doesn't freaking matteranyways, because when you call the store it goes to a cheery voice mail saying "we would love your feedback! Please leave amessage and we'll return your call as soon as possible". This is not the first time I have had problems with this location.Today was a bad day for me and I just wanted comfort food, instead all I did was cry.
