Tried this place for the first time on Sunday. We ordered for take out and the service was fast and friendly. The vermicelli... with beef, chicken pork and shrimp was amazing. Pre covid this used to be a go to place for me. Pre covid i would rate 4/5. Since covid this place has gone significantly down... hill. The food is terrible now practically inedible, the noodles aare stuck together and soggy with a strong floury taste whichshould not be the case in RICE NOODLES, made my stomach hurt. The meats overcooked and the broth is on the warm side. Thevermicelli?s vegetable to noodle ratio is absolutely egregious, 25% noodles 75% bean sprouts, i order it without vegetables andi put some of the complimentary bean sprouts bc i like vegetables but dint want to sacrifice all my noodles for them lol, andthe wait staff had the audacity to call me out on it how brazen can you be, im not trying to eat salad. Its like they throweverything in one pot for the whole day on med temp and ?nuke? it when served. Place has lost my business until i hear betterimprovements have been made. Made a pre-order on Skip the Dish, to be delivered between 7pm-7:30pm, when I got home from work. The restaurant confirmed my... order on Skip and then didn't bother to make it to have delivered at the requested time. They didn't make it at all. I finallyhad to chat with Skip about it, as the restaurant couldn't even be bothered to reach out to me. Very, VERY poor customerservice. Read more

As a visiting Vietnamese from H-Town (Houston), Pho restaurants are like gas stations - one or two within 2-mile driving... radius. I had the Pho "special". Brisket meat was broken, noodles were clumpy (I think it was 'nuked'). And broth temp was onwarm side...pho broth should be steamy hot. Not to add, they offered very small amount of mints and bean sprouts. Last comment,no desserts due to lack of orders, so they stopped selling it. Still listed on menu though. Would I eat here again...only if itwas a convenient based day's schedule. Read more

Absolute joke of a business. I was a long time customer since the first store on the Northside of Edmonton. You had a... reputation of making the same dish perfect everytime. I try this trash location in fort sask. What I get is inconsistency.First, hairs in one of my orders, another order on a different day wasnt even what I ordered, almost everytime the green onioncakes come crunchy and inedible and today which is the final straw, a huge piece of a plastic bag. If it's still the same owner,I suggest you get this location in check and re-instate the standards I grew up enjoying. Read more
