Went in to get my favorite ice cream this afternoon & the lady working was/is fantastic! (I seriously wish I asked her name!)... (She also works at pita pit!), anyway she's been there the last couple times I've gone to get ice cream, she's absolutelyfantastic! Mixed my cotton candy + Swiss chocolate ice cream together perfectly & gave me extra mini marshmallows ???? Thank youso much & next time I'll be sure to get her name! Ps. Went to marble slab tonight and was served by the wonderful lady Aman! She was SO kind and very fast service! 10/10

Had a lovely ice cream date in this clean and bright facility. Delicious as always. Kind and patient staff.

the managers were very rude and disrespectful the place seemed shady and was very understaffed. the poor girl working at the... till was very niced but she seemed very stressed and rushed, the place was a money grab for the amount of mixins and ice creamgiven to the price of the actual prouduct, save your money and order somewhere else. Bad staff at Fort Saskatchewan location!! Lady there looked like she wanted to be anywhere else and did a lazy job preparing my... son's cone. The ice cream was melting the whole time on the slab and she just scooped the puddle into the cone. For the premiumprice you pay I would expect better service. Avoid this location. Read more

Girl who worked there was lovely didn't have to wait at all for our ice cream. However we made the mistake of ordering cones for... our walk home, and we lost over half of the overpriced ice cream as the cones had gaping holes in the bottoms. I have worked ata dairy Queen before and been the one to make the waffle cones it is not a hard thing to make sure the bottom of the cone isclosed, in fact it's a pretty important step. Read more
