There was nobody in line in front of me, I just ordered 2 sundaes with extra sauce and 2 fries. It took well over 10minutes to... receive the order. I repeated my order for clarification as it seemed too inexpensive $12.96 for the order. The individualworking confirmed. When I got the order there was just one sundae ( after clarifying 2 times) . Had to wait another 5 minutesto grab the second one ( that was already made ????) the individual tells me there's triple sauce in it, when I mentioned thesundaes didn't look the same. While the other sundae was melting in the sun as I waited for them to clarify an order. The carswere piling up in the drive way, creating dysfunction in the parking lot. This was an awful experience and my household willnot be returning, which is a shame because we like to have our weekly ice creams. Read more

This Diary Queen was the slowest I?ve ever been too. The fries were soggy i swear it took a nice bath in water before they... served these out 15 minutes after I ordered (regular time is 3 by the way) plus missing very key items off the menu. Bathroomwas GROSS had a large piece of tinfoil in the toilet. Do not go here. Read more

If I could give zero stars I would . This is the first time I've ever had terrible food from a DQ the burger wasn't cooked and... they didn't even make me the right burger in drive thru . It was so gross and it took 15 minutes to get our food . Watched the 5people working standing there doing nothing . Will never return to this place Read more

Awesome quality DQ. I mean AWFUL. We recently moved to town and enjoy an ice cream walk once or twice a month and I can for... certain say this entire summer they have yet to successfully complete two proper blizzards for the wife and I. I literally orderthe exact same smarties blizzard my entire life and this place for some unknown reason can't even manage that, the simplest ofblizzards. The last 3 in a row from this location have been purely un-edible and ended up in the trash. PURE chocolate syroptime and time again. I as a life long DQ customer should not have to go back and explain to the enployees that a smartiesblizzard should not be dark brown...Quite nice considering the price of these things now adays. Needless to say we will befinding a mew ice cream spot in town and for and other mew comers I suggest going the same route. Stay far far away from this DQis horrid. Read more

SHAME, SHAME, SHAME!!! How is it that a corporation like Dairy Queen raises their prices and in return to their customers who... were supporting them, rip them off on the quantity of food? Chicken strips basket, where are the fries and chicken? I canliterally count the number of fries on one hand. A double mushroom burger, again where is the mushrooms?? How disgusting for aresturant to do this to their customers! Congratulations, you have lost our support and eighty dollars each visit. We've been going here for ice cream a couple times a week for dessert, and 1 in maybe 10 times they make your ice cream... right. Asked them tonight to make the parfaits right, with a layer in the middle. As this is an ongoing thing. Even whendirectly asked, they still weren't made right. Last time we're using this dairy queen. Why pay $6 for nearly all ice creamwhen you can pay half that for a plain cone. Read more

I can only comment on the ice cream, as we don't really get anything else from DQ. The blizzards are always tasty. They are a... little inconsistent in how full the cups are from time to time, but overall they are mixed well and are delicious. It'stypically not extremely busy when I've gone as it's after the dinner rush and before closing. Not the cheapest place for icecream, but it's a nice treat once in a while. Read more
