would have been REALLL nice to know that they didn't have gravy and then forgetting to tell us after waiting 10 minutes. I... didn't catch the girls name working but kinda dumb she forgot to tell her customers order was missing food. Yikes reallydisappointed. Read more
I've tried to like this place, seems it will never happen. I tell myself each time it will be better. This is by far the worst... Burger King I've tried in 30+ years. Messed up our order 3 out of 4 times. Can never get a hot anything. This time, as usualour burgers were cold and the buns were dried out so bad they were falling apart while trying to hold it. Look at the picture. I ate 1/2 and threw the rest out. Pay attention to the temp of your food next time you go here. Will NEVER use this locationagain. Read more
I am not one to give negative reviews but this place has been consistently disappointing. Ugh the ordering errors...meaning I... ordered a cheeseburger and ended up getting and paying for 2 double cheesburgers ooor ordering a whopper and getting and payingfor a TRIPLE whopper... I know I should have been tipped off by the much higher bill but it adds up and they never give areceipt. I have also encountered the ridiculous wait when noone is behind you so you can wait in the parking lot for 10minutes. I guess if you are really wanting a whopper then clearly this is the place to go... but check your order and beprepared to wait... Read more
First time we ordered before six people. All six people got their orders and were gone and we were left waiting for a cold meal... that wasn't what we ordered. Today I went through drive through for chicken strips and was told they would take six minutes tomake fresh and I said that was fine and had to park and wait. I took first bite and they were cold. This is a new Burger King. Very nice location. Staff was friendly and our food was fresh. The restaurant was very clean
Wasn't happy with how I ordered two big kings and got two single Jr burgers instead. Waste of money and time won't be going back... next time I come back here for work. Read more
