Been into this location twice now, as well as ordered to go, and have always received great smoothies! I don't want to mention... another company, however, Jamba was a favorite of mine but since moving to the east coast I haven't been able to find anothersmoothie place that satisfies my cravings... until Smoothie King! So good! Also, to note... I had never heard of Smoothie KingBUT on a trip to New Orleans I saw a huge sports coliseum that is sponsored by Smoothie King so I guess Smoothie King is kinda abig deal. Was excited to learn there?s a smoothie king on base. Showed up at about 4:45pm and they had already cleaned up the store. There... were three people sitting around. I looked down at the wet floor and the young man behind the counter said that they close in10 minutes and they were out of ice. After asking what he meant, he said he could make smoothies but that they would be watery.No apology, no attempt to service the customer. Just ready to go home I guess. Besides the nonchalant behavior, I don?t know howthey ?ran out of ice? and there?s literally an ice house in front of their building. Bummed because I really do love smoothieking as a business. The smoothies taste fabulous! Although the staff were really nice, atmosphere is a little tight. I would have given a 5 star but... building is in the wrong location. Example : parking stinks at busy times, needs a drive through, stuff like that. I would sayadd on to the Burger King adding smoothie King! Then put a Starbucks where smoothie King is. Bam! Read more
I love this smoothie. I have no negative or bad or poor experience here. Staff is super friendly and sometimes opens for longer... then the closing due to I don?t know why but it?s convenient for the Soldiers due to limited time to eat because of missionoperation flow. Read more
Charged me for 32 oz when I ordered 20oz. And made an awful smoothie. Used to be good now is terrible
