Worst service I?ve ever received at a Dunkin?. Employees are walking around yelling and making jokes while customers are waiting... to be served. I was the only person in the lobby waiting for a bagel as it was just sitting in the drive through window gettingcold. Complete lack of care for customer service. Manager was walking around just yelling at staff about sugar being left outand her being ignored. Employee was eating food Bering the line that she exclaimed was stale then proceeded to spit out.Employees belongings have been left at a booth for the 20 minutes I?ve been here. Read more
This is without a doubt the worst Dunkin in the country. The customer service is horrible and I have yet to place an order they... did not mess up. I went to pick up drinks for Staff Duty. I was the first car in line when they opened at 7:00 and it still tookme 45 minutes to get my 3 drinks. They were all 3 messed up. Please do not give this place your money. Read more

Been here 4 times and has always been disappointing. Always waited at least 20- 30 minutes. I truly gave this place the benefit of the doubt but unfortunately this place is just absolutely terrible. Not only does the... system frequently go down, there?s an insanely long wait time, but the employees just don?t understand how to make drinksproperly. I highly encourage everyone to go back to training. I traditionally go to Dunkin for one drink and that?s the matchalatte. I have ordered it here three times and each time was made Differently and incorrect. These last two time?s is what reallygot me baffled. One was made with espresso And when asked about it, no one knew who made it?.. what?! Ok. This time I orderedand there was no matcha in the drink. Just milk. When asked I was told there?s only a certain amount allowed to be added for thedrink. Which happened to be a teaspoon??. For a large. Again , what?! I?m so done with trying to give this place a chance. It?snot worth the annoyance to waste my money here. And to top it all off staff is unfriendly with attitudes. No thank you!!! Ordered ice cream (baskin robins) about 12:30pm, but it's the same drive thru for dunkin. No line/wait. They didn't have an ice... cream menu for drive thru, but the staff was kind enough to patiently read off their flavors to me. No issues in payment. 1scoop was $2.89 and was good. The first day they opened, they have been messing up orders, I ordered a drink and didn?t get what I ordered, i had detailed... order on food an they got it wrong as well. They need to train on how to make all the things they have to offer. The workersneed to stop rushing cause customers have time an get coffee an food an the workers have time to make it an get it right. We're new to the base and have been coming daily. Never had my drink wrong. The cold brew is nice and dark (last base it was so... warery you could see through) The staff is always nice and chatty when appropriate. Very nice when they ran out of cold brew.Overall we're very happy. Read more
