Me and my wife walk in and are greeted by a guy saying call in or ordering. And we wanted to sit and enjoy some fresh wings and... fries but he says 45 minutes to order and wait so we choose to leave. So we call in order and it says it would be ready in like20 minutes so we cruise to Walmart and pick up a item and go straight back and walk in and food is ready but greeted by a ladywhich was rude got the food and went to make drinks and no ice. Mostly looks like it was lacking workers and customer servicefriendly people. Wings was ok but the rude employees will keep me from ever going back. Read more
Normally this places is great. Been going here for a couple years but recently everytime we go in here thier system is down. I... highly doubt it. I think this was the last time attempting to go there. Want wings go to Buffalo wild. They have buy 1 get 1 tooat Buffalo depending on what day you go. Read more
I had an order of lemon pepper wings tonight with the veggie sticks and a drink for about $10. The cashier was friendly, not so... much the staff delivering the food. I asked my food to eat in the restaurant and was prepared to go. When I said it to the staffwho was handing out the orders, she just handed me a tray that has grease on it. I had to ask for a clean tray which she wentback to get without uttering a single word. Then the wings: they were very greasy, and there was a pond of oil at the bottom ofthe container. Best thing were the veggie sticks and the ranch sauce was decent. There are better places to eat in Fort Pierce,take your business somewhere else. Read more
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! HORRIBLE SERVICE. EXTREMELY LIMITED MENU. ALL AROUND SUBSTANDARD. There?s a wide variety of locally owned... and franchise business in the area, this establishment is not even worth consideration. If I could give them less than one starI would. I have ordered here twice for pick-up. Both times have been a disaster. The first time I stood in front of the registerfor 10 minutes, while employees looked at me, but no one would walk 5 steps to ask me how they could help me. Finally someoneasked why I was bothering them and I picked up my order. The second time, I figured since the food was good I?d try again? bigmistake! Half of my order was missing. When I asked why, they said they didn?t have it. Grateful to have been acknowledged bythe staff this time, I left with the bag I was handed. I was still charged for everything even though I only received a partialorder. I will say Wing Stop as a franchise, might be innovative and well branded, this location is the bottom of the barrel.Apathic staff, poor management, and an inability to perform basic service operations go completely unnoticed or with utterdisregard from corporate. Only been here a few times since we drive here from Melbourne. The food has been great each time and the wings have been a good... size. Definitely best ranch around. The Bayou BBQ is our favorite. The customer service has been nothing but great the few timeswe've been here. We usually get it to go and eat in the car before the drive home, and they never have a problem hooking us upwith extra napkins and plates/trays. No complaints about this place. Read more
On our way to leave town and save time, we stopped at "Wingstop". Bad move!!! Very bad move!!! I ordered online and my husband... went in, only to wait because one person was training and another was doing all of the service. When my husband came out, I wasjust happy to get home and eat. Nope... not happening!! The grease that was in the chicken was disgusting, to say the least. Itwas not about draining, it was about not knowing how to cook. I removed the chicken from the container and to my horror, cupsof cooking grease was at the bottom!!!! No amount of draining could help this chicken. I also ordered fries (remember when Isaid online), they were covered in cheese. No, I did not order this. I should have known something was amiss, when I saw thebags covered in oil all over the outside of the bags. Once I dealt with the chicken fiasco, I proceeded to go to the next oilybag. I opened and lo and behold, the biscuits had mounds of butter all over them so much that it seeped through the bag. I wasso angry to have wasted my money and time. Tried the doordash thighstop through wingstop in fort pierce got the lemon pepper thighs and the dry rub flavor with my favorite... Cajun corn thighs were good small but good alot of flavor i enjoyed it i definitely recommend u try it out it's really good. Read more
I ate here a year ago and was very disappointed. So on Labor day when I was hungry it was the last place I wanted to go. But I... went anyways. I was very pleased with the quality of food this time around. Food was definitely fresh and still hot when I gothome. They are understaffed so it took a little longer than expected. Everyone was patient and the staff worked as fast as theycould without compromising quality. The soda machine didn't have ice but luckily the Hi-C was still cold. Read more
