Very rude...I had my food brought to my car and the way the bag was handed to me the fries fell out onto the floor of my car. I... cleaned up the fries and went back in...the young lady was in the process of getting the fries when the manager on duty camefrom the back, snatched my bag out of my hand and threw good food in the garbage...all I needed was a fry nothing else waswrong with my food. Have not returned to this location since. That was very disrespectful. Wish I could rate NO STARS BUT...notmy site. Read more

If robots could serve us our food it would be up to par. The food is good for fast food. But literally robots could give better... service and correct ordering and hospitality instead of hostility. Read more

OMG! this location is horrible! It's literally the nastiest place I've been too! The worst is that it's been this way for years... as it is literally around the corner from home. When you walk in the first thing that his you is the smell. It's smells likerotten everything! I know there have been many complaints but management seemingly doesn't care. Maybe corporate needs to pay avisit and of it's a franchisee they prolly need to lose that right. Definitely not repping the Wendy's brand well at all! Andno I've never had a problem with the staff or orders. I recommend they shut out down, fumigate, and have a professional cleaningand sanitizing done. You asked, I gave......... That's my review. So just little after 10pm I pull up to give my order. I told sorry but we have to tomatoes, lettuce, onions or pickles. I was... ordering the New Hot Honey Chicken ask how does that effect my sandwich. was never given a answer. then I ask for Honeymustard and told we don't have that. I received my order but then I was not given any napkins and my fries were so cold my dogwouldn't eat them. Someone who been a manager for Wendy's. I'm absolutely discussed with the customer service tonight. My husband purchased $50 worth of food, 2 Large meals and they gave... us small fries. Our kids 4 for $4 got spicy chicken nuggets when we asked for regular nuggets.They forgot to give us our coke,my husband went back to get our coke was accused that hes trying to get free cokes, the lady at the window responded when myhusband asked for a cup holder was "put it on the side of your doors". Drove up here on my motorcycle on Sunday to enjoy a morning ride. Came here from breakfast expecting the inside to be open as... it's listed as 9:00 a.m. on Google. Once I get here at 9:40 in the morning the doors are still locked. I tried getting someone'sattention no one wanted to answer I tried calling nobody answered. Edit: I had to change my review from one star to four. Themanager is very courteous and when one of his employees came in from using the restroom he reminded him he had to wash his handsa second time in front of customers upon reentering the kitchen area. He kept his staff moving fluidly side of the store wasimmaculate. These things easily made up for the door not being open on time. Other than that one issue the manager is doing awonderful job.
