Stopped here on a long night drive from Fort Lauderdale to Tampa after Hurricane Ian. Shift manager was incredibly rude,... screaming at staff and repeatedly yelling into the air not at anyone soecific, but at customers already sitting and eating thatthey were CLOSED. The staff, on the other hand, were very nice and helpful, telling us to just take the time we need to eat andjust let them know when we needed to be let out of the locked door. The only reason I'm giving a 2 star and not a 1. Also,because they took forever to give us our food and got my burger wrong, I had to take time to scrape off the fried onions thatdon't belong on a Baconator. So, we might have been done by closing time. After we spent more than $50 for two people to eat atyour place of business and put up with your screaming at your staff, you can give us time to finish our food and talk to us likea human, Ms. Shift Manager. This place is ridiculous. Whatever "management" that should be on site is obviously not engaged or not there. No open registers.... Cashier who doesn't know how much money is supposed to be there. A team member aiding in chaos with unruly boys on the otherside of the counter. And of course.... The bathrooms were disgusting. If i could give it zero starts i surely would. Absolutely the worst experience ever. Got stuck in the drive through for over 15... minutes before we ordered. We only ordered 3 frostys and it took another 20 minutes to get them as nobody camr to the windoweven though our frosty sat there waiting. The manager then came saying we got them already which we obviously did not or wewould have left. Just absurd how clueless that entire staff is. No regard for their customers time. The sausage, egg and cheese croissant breakfast is satisfying. The freshness of those eggs on top of a tasty sausage patty and... mozzarella cheese, mouthwatering. Love the potatoes fries they paired it with also. Great taste and flavor. Wendy?s also reallycame through for me with there new menu. Read more
